"by men" Which men? That's a very broad generalisation. There's no shortage of men who are looking for serious relationships.

Men will just put you in a “fuckzone” where they get what they want from you but will never want to commit. This SCREAMS sexism. It really reeks of misandry. You're literally generalising 4 G+ people, half of mankind.

and not only those like rape, are judged based on the judge's feelings. Aren't most criminal trials (especially for heinous offences) in the US by jury? Jury trials are probably the best thing about the American criminal system, IMHO. Wish we had more of them down here as well.

So you're trying to tell me that on a date, this woman will throw him the question about whether or not when he was 20 he had a LTR? I mean, I don't think I've EVER heard this.

It's very likely that your partner already knows TRP. Whether he took it seriously is a different question.

You mean, MTG-level looneys? Yeah, but these people are a virulent minority even in the GOP. Politics is not divided between 2 sides. There's a LOT more nuance to that. However, due to the way America is structured, the inevitable outcome is a de facto two-party system. That makes it necessary to build big-tents on both sides of the isle.

Here in Brazil there's definitely a stigma when a 35 yo dates a 18 yo, for example, but people hardly talk about it as they understand that a relationship between consenting adults is none of their business.

US Zoomers*. The US is clearly the outlier here. They've been fed stupid propaganda and now call out anybody on some age gap relationship. "Ewwww that's gross!"

I'm almost 34 and anytime I have to be around college kids they look like babies to me. You need treatment. College adults (they're not kids, stop being patronising) look like fucking adults to anybody with a functional brain.

Destigmatize women using birth control & accessing abortions + women staying single + women choosing to being child free Nobody stigmatises birth control nowadays.

Why does it even matter?

True. But when the same thing repeats across all demographics, and is the experience of most men as well, something is not right. Surveys have repeatedly shown women to be far more selective as well. The data is out there.

I can. It's still dishonest saying teenager since it's not CUSTOMARY to use teenager to refer to 18/19 yos. Nobody does that. It's disingenuous, and you know it well. Stop playing dense. To pretty much everybody a teenager is necessarily NOT an adult. To pretty much everybody, 18+ are adults.

Nah, that's a just a strawman you invented to deflect from the actual argument about much older men dating women in their teens and early 20s. Strawman? People all over reddit prove it's not a strawman. The fact Billie Eilish's boyfriend is branded groomer also shows it's not a strawman. It's real. Yep. Two men in their 30s fucking? Have at it. A 30 year old man fucking an 18 year old? Dude is a skeeze. Are you a psychologist? Did you actually conduct a thorough psych evaluation to tell somebody…

My standards and those of pretty much every guy I know are not only like 1% of the female population. In fact, in my clique we frequently mock the few of us who are slightly more selective.

If it's not ok, why are you trying to justify your attraction to underaged women?

Red pillers et al, every time they post the same tired rationalizations about why it's totally okay for 30+ year olds to date teenagers. Nope, it's the rest of people, especially woke redditors, who keep calling men dating women younger than them groomers. That's not the same as asking for approval, and in fact, who do you think you are to "approve" of a relationship between consenting adults? It depends on their ages, doesn't it? Nope. It's about judgeing two consenting adults having fun. If it…

Nope. The criticism is towards the fact that women set unrealistic standards far more often than men ever do.

It's not customary to regard an adult as a teenager, regardless of whether or not their ages end in teen.

Some women won't ever learn it, but plenty of them do, eventually.

Exactly, you are arguing in bad faith when you: 1 - Use the word 'teenager" to describe a 18 yo. 2 - Claim "30+ year old wants to have sex with teenagers." is an opinion, when the opinion is being ok with it.

Who's asking for your approval? You are the ones shaming consenting adults. Of course, if I decide to shame two men for fucking each other, I'm the one who gets shamed. If I was famous, I'd be instantly cancelled. Curiously, NOBODY cares when there's a large age gap between homosexual couples. Why?

It's about attraction. The 18 yo wants to fuck the 30 yo. 30 yo also wants to fuck the 18 yo. They fuck, they have lots of fun, deal done. That's it.

If women the men’s own age don’t want them Darling, they are the ones who are not interested in women their own age, most of the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/23 03:51 AM

Sure, but I see very few men arguing for age gaps. Against them? I see lots of stuck up woke liberals everywhere, all the time.

Because it is ok, if both are aware of all the potential issues. If they both wish to fuck and have a little fun before parting ways, why should you care?

A child? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! 17 yos are adolescents. They are not children anymore. Here they can vote. There are some people trying to amend the law so they can even drive.

Shaming people for having a different opinion than yours? Wow, how tolerant these woke people turn out to be!

There are two arguments in favour or pursuing somebody your own age, and against dating people too much older or younger than you. They boil down to the fact that on average, energy levels differ across different ages, and on average people have differing priorities as they age. Therefore, a large gap (10+ years) comes with a risk of a mismatch on this regard, but it all depends really on both individuals. As an early 30s male, I'm not myself interested on anybody below 21 or 22 (even though the…

Because masculinity goes far beyond 6/6/6. The pool of 6/6/6 men is very small. Secondly, feminists claim to be all about "being inclusive". But they turn a blind eye to these standards set mostly by women.

Agreed. This bullying is unnecessary. Just let women realise that certain standards are unrealistic. Give them some time and most of them will eventually process this fact.

The average number of kids women desire is in fact close to replacement. There must be some additional component that wasn't accounted for.

TBF, though, I know very few men who would not date a woman because she's 6'0". A couple of days ago there was this guy in my clique who said he'd feel uncomfortable dating a woman your height. Everybody, without exception, made fun of him. Anecdotal, I know, but says something. I think the man-taller-than-woman is far less important for us than it is for women.
