I think it takes some level of experience until you see women acting the same way over and over again. As in, different women. Then it's just natural to treat them like children. In part because of the childish nature of their behavior and in part because if you jumped into every drama-filled rabbit hole they lead you to, you'd soon drown. Yes. There are two parts why. One, TRP truth can be implemented in a multitude of ways and at times I found some of those ways unsatisfying. For example, racking up Ns for the sake of Ns. And the general negativity towards women that you see. That sort of goes with some general problems with the community, which attracts all kinds. Be positive, be a man, your time is valuable and you are too. Those are some of the basic principles I take away.

People at work might think. I don't think it's weird enough from their potential point of view to warrant any concern. You might get a stray comment or two around the water cooler but that's it. This also depends on what kind of 20 year old she is. I dated a 21 year old when I was 30, and more important than our closer age difference was that she was more mature than most 25 year olds I'd dated. And she didn't have that teenager baby face so you couldn't really tell.

While the best advice may be to cut, practically speaking if I were you I'd lift and just try to eat well (not cutting but not drinking a gallon of milk per day either). Make sure you get enough protein. The goal is to build the habit of lifting and really enjoy it. Cutting sucks and missing lifts sucks, not a great way to start out a new habit.

Sober guy here. Get a drink just means go on a casual date. One thing I've found to be important is to not have solo seating options anywhere. Shy girls will always go for the chair rather than your bed (studio) or a couch, and it makes escalating that much harder. I do have a desk chair that sometimes cock blocks me but I put a box or something heavy on it so they don't sit there.
