My favourite double standard of this week was about hair loss. If you are a guy and you are losing hair: "that's so funny hahaha". If you are a woman, omg, this is a autoinmune disease and nobody should joke about it, you are a hero. So you could assume that society treats this type of problems because of a "gender problem" (hair loss) in the other gender (females in this case) may be a bigger problem. This is insane, if this guy was complaining about his ex dating someone after some days, they would he like "well you are not longer together", "she doesn't belong to you" which I fully agree. I can't understand the mental gymnastics of these people.

These are two different situations. In the first one, a woman used heroin to kill his partner and this was her goal. In the second one, a man killed his partner by strangling her but: 1) did he did this on purpose? 2) or was this an accident that happened while they were having rough sex/BDSM? I'm not saying that the sentence of the guy was correct, I'm just saying that these cases are completely different. It has to be the judge who determines what option, 1 or 2, applies here.
