Healthcare startups, this is your time (MedCity CONVERGE) Do it!

It would also prevent you from going to med school...So, (not to be a dick), but may be a net positive long-term. Also, you can be a part of one that has funding...thereby, gain points with limited risk.

Possibly...I'd write to these folks first prior to naming publicly to see what options are available https://www.thefire.org/ Edit: grammar

I'm with you. From the news articles I've been reading it's slanting towards him which is why I posted the story. However, there may be an issue with lack of payment then trying to make it up in a lump sum at the end. This is what I'm trying to figure out.

In reading your link and seeking out other news outlets I believe you may be correct. I'll have to do additional research to see what's going on, but I wanted to respond to say that you may be correct.

Here's the news report from Fox 26 Houston Is there any way to edit this post to add the link to the title?

Is there a sub that actually organizes to combat this?

Don't get me wrong...I understand your solution to be wipe it out and start anew. This is a fair argument. However, my suggestion to you is to understand that movements take time. Moreover, they take depth, precision, understanding of opponents, debate, goals (as small as they may be), and daily commitment. Essentially, what I'm saying to you is that we can win within the current "system" we have...we just need to define the goals, organize, develop a proper strategy, and execute that strategy o…

Suffrage: you have me. I need to go back to the history books. Advertising: True and false. You can make a claim that advertising dollars are more spent towards the wife. This is true. However, for the 18 to 34 demo this is false. Now, if you want to argue how TV shows are putting down men...I will agree. However, advertising dollars in this demo are suited per product per gender. Essentially, they don't give a "fuck". They just want your mind, attention, and your money. Circling back, political…

I may be reading this improperly so please forgive me...I don't understand your statement "what happens due to chasing that suffrage (or those advertising dollars) is very detrimental to men?" Would you mind explaining further? I'm a MRA, however, I just don't understand what point you are trying to make.

I like where you are going...would you mind taking some time to expand on this and then writing an original post?

I'll continue to agree with you in regards that their care for advertising dollars is their end all be all. However, it's not centered around women. It's centered around pocket books. Now, you can contend that 18 to 34 women have more money...I haven't done the research on this value...however, it doesn't really matter...advertisers are going to spend money...where the money is at. There is no sexism there.

How do we take what we've learned and apply it? How can we take a vision and turn it into a movement that makes sense? Moreover, would you be an active particpant of that movement?

How can we work together to achieve this?

For the most part, yes. We can argue how cable subscriptions contribute to their not caring about demand as much as they should, however, I'll still argue...media cares about audience...particularly the 18 to 34 demo.

this is what they care about

That's a very small niche. Let me clarify...the mainstream media is beholden to the 18 to 34 demo. If you want to get into people who ride bikes with one leg that's another story...Let's keep on topic and discuss the media with power over the masses.

You're wrong. The media is beholden to 18 to 34 demo. Moreover, the media spend landscape is changing so your answer is not good enough.

Not true my friend! Think not of political solutions at this point...but, winning in the eyes of those that matter. For you, that may be your friends. For us, that's the eyes of the media. Let's start small and where we can and go from there. My question(s) to you is: what does starting small look like? And, how can I help you achieve it?

I'm going to respectfully disagree with you. First, there isn't a lot of us. Second, double standards are valid in public opinion due to anecdotes (keep in mind: facts tell, stories sell). People who hate men's rights are not in the small minority. Please keep in mind the political aptitude of the left. They provide great story telling abilities in order to capture the minds/hearts of even those that may agree with MRA. As for a poll, I'll go back to the above: facts tell, stories sell. Facts ma…

I can understand where you're coming from, however, lobbying nor being patient is the best form today. How can you be comfortable with the MRM up to this point while "feminists" are making gains and inequality is being considered throughout? How long do you have to wait?
/r/MensRights13/07/15 11:23 PM

Let's define what it means to live well. Moreover, if you deem the education system being taken over by feminism...why say "the best revenge is to live well"? Wouldn't the best revenge be voting for your school board? Or running for election for the school board? As you stated: "If we want to have a stronger place in the future we need to involve ourselves with K-12 education, and children"...let's see you do it my friend! I'll be the first to donate $100 to you running.

without a goal what is there? Can you quantify what gains have been made? If not, time to get a movin' my friend!

You make great points! However, I think we need to expand on your thoughts in a more organized and detailed way...which we're not good at when it comes to political action. Also, please heavily criticize my thoughts below as "sharpening the knives" will only make us better. First, we need to know what we are up against. We are up against a very organized and alliance heavy movement who has the proper distribution channels and faithful warriors to keep MRA down. Moreover, they've been doing it fo…
