1	Only half?! I was that guy working 50-60 hour weeks, covering all the shit that she wouldn't or couldn't do. She would have between 32-42 hours a week, then bitch that I was getting better raises. After 2 years of listening to her shit, I told the boss I wanted my two weeks of vacation and 2 weeks unpaid, so a month off. 1	Only half?! They want every one to look at the year end total pay, not the hours worked to get the pay. Then they cry out about how they are paid so much less than men. Their child was sick so they stayed home, couldn't work overtime because their child is getting out of school, babysitter is gone today, ect. The man was at work and did work the overtime.
