how can we possibly address the impact that female assault has on men when we don't even talk about male on male assault? Focusing on female perpetrators while ignoring the bigger problem is detrimental to this. I wasn't making a statement about societal priorities - women don't assault men very often (I think it happens almost exclusively in DV situations). I was just saying that even though it's not really a "societal problem that needs to be addressed", and that the reverse is much more preva…

But lets be honest here, is this man in danger of losing his life? Women murder men to be sure, but definitely not as often as men murder women. The fact that men are generally more violent and much stronger than women isn't really any consolation to the men that are victims of violence from women. Sure, they'd likely be in much worse shape if it were a stronger man attacking them, but someone weaker than you can still inflict a great deal of harm. I don't think most of the people against this w…

This depends on who you're around, but I tend to see more flexing around "what my partner did for me" than vice versa (from women). Engagement rings are a big example of this, but also "he bought me this handbag/took me on this vacation/etc".

I have talked to a number of girls and it seems a lot of times their most memorable person is their first/second even if she had 8+ relationships at this point. I felt emotions more strongly in general when I was younger. The first time you fall in love just hits harder than the next. But I date "better" women now and have higher standards. I like my current gf better than any other one I've had before her (and will still feel that way long after we've broken up) In a way, most people have to se…

Yeah, higher-iq, higher-class people have longer, more stable relationships. It's worth noting that a lot of these thuggy types with high partner counts are not sleeping with the most desirable women - they have low standards

Yes, but this is rare. For me, the issue has been more along the lines of flooding me with messages, wanting to see me constantly, or getting really jealous of female friends. 1 and 2 would never be a problem for me from that list, unless the compliments just feel really cringey and misplaced. I don't mind a girl being eager, the problem is when she expects me to match her 0-100 intensity levels, and gets upset when I don't. Most girls who do this expect you to be on the same page as them and fe…

Social power dynamics will always exist in dating/relationships, but most people aren't so fixated on them, and tons of people have great relationships without being concerned about this sort of thing. that there has to be someone that the other is “chasing” in some sense and another that is settling. A game of who can be “daddy” or “mommy”, in the sense of being the authority figure and the higher status one in the dynamic. There are people that feel really insecure in relationships unless they…

I know and have been with a lot of bi women, but not many lesbians, so answer may be biased Even among bi women, they often have a preference for one gender over the other. So it's pretty specific to the girl on the receiving end. There are more women who like men than women who like women, so that means that men have more options in a sense. But women are a lot less guarded towards other women, because the "is he just using me for sex" dynamic isn't present. There are also certain standards tha…

In relationships, I don't think this ever happens outside of maybe a small amount of really petty people. So I agree. However, at the beginning, women who are turned on will definitely hold back sex. For example, there are a lot of people who view having sex to soon as being "easy" or "sl*tty" and some girls will be concerned that you'll think bad of them for being too "easy" or they have a self-image of not being that kind of girl. Or she could be afraid of getting too invested only to have you…

I don't see how any of those things makes someone a "mindless robot obeying her husband's requests". Having a peaceful attitude or cleaning doesn't mean someone can't have ambitions? I have a somewhat peaceful attitude, am willing to follow my partner's lead, and don't complain about cleaning (I just do it - why complain about this?). But I still have ambitions and I'm not a mindless robot. You seem to be equating traits relating to being agreeable or having a pleasant/calm personality with havi…

a woman who has no ambitions or goals of her own and only sees herself as a support character in the man's life. Wtf what does that have to do with OP's post? Any man who would specifically want a woman like this doesn't see women as actual people. Lolwut. Wanting a partner who supports your goals mean you don't see them as a real person? This is just nonsense. From the OP: Supports her man's goals Cooperative and agreeable > Dresses modestly, claims low bawdy count Happy to follow his lead Have…

I don't think "deserves" is a really a great way to think about partners. But this sounds like a very caring, committed, and cooperative woman. I think people who have a lot to offer like that should also have high standards in return. What exactly that entails depends on what exactly the woman in question values in a guy. Any description of that potential guy would just be a list of generally desirable traits.

This just depends on so many details. I believe in letting my future children live the lives that they want, and while, of course, I would support them, advise them, and do what I can to help them succeed - what kind of life they want to live is ultimately up to them. I would be pretty insistent on keeping them away from certain serious mistakes, but if my future daughter wants to have some sort of polyamorous relationship, I would support that. I probably would not support her making big life s…

No, this isn't correlated with attractiveness. Most men want serious, committed relationships, but most men are also open to having casual sex. You can find survey data that shows this. iirc, more attractive men are more likely to be in relationships. https://datepsychology.com/we-were-patriarchs-male-mating-strategies-and-intrasexual-competition/

Could be a lot of things. It sounds like you have a great old profile and are probably very physically attractive. The in-person issue could be: - you're going to venues that are bad for cold approach - your body language/nonverbals aren't great - You're bad at opening - something about your interactions with others seem off from the outside (unlikely) A girl not immediately being receptive off the open is normal in a lot of places. You should expect that and learn how to work through it. This c…

If this is a party, club, bar, etc, you should really be trying to pull the same night. If you don't have logistics for that, then just game her. Flirt, build investment, tease her, kiss her at some point if you want. Or just go do something else if you want.

I disagree. If you mean non-anonymously, then ok, that is a problem. I don't think you should ever discuss relationship issues with anyone who knows your partner or will ever have any meaningful social contact with them. That probably includes most of the people you know. I don't see any issue with making an anonymous reddit post or talking about an issue with your friend from college who lives on the other side of the country and doesn't know your partner. I think it's important to keep in mind…

Imho there's a bigger proportion of shitty men than shitty women. Though both genders have their share of toxicity. Another hot take: twoX is kinda misandrist. My impression is that they kinda do generalize shitty male behaviors and talk as if all men or most men are like that. It's not usually something stated explicitly, but I think it's pretty clear from the way people write there that most of them view the male gender quite negatively.

I think it's just seen as really rude to call a woman unattractive in the US. So asking questions like this makes people feel like you're both springing some trap on them and being rude yourself. Obviously there's a very easily-understood definition of beautiful or attractive that Lizzo doesn't meet. Some people's first reaction to that statement will be "but beauty is more than skin deep...." - sure, you can use some different definition and talk about her style/personality/creativity, but I th…

If it's not awkwardly thrusting a micropenis for 30 seconds into her dry vagina with erratic rhythm after zero foreplay in a silent, cold, but somehow still sticky room under harsh incandescent lights with an elbow awkwardly digging into her ribs and halitosis breath in her face and misinterpreting her painful wincing as pleasure....is it really even heterosexual? There's a common perspective around sex and dating that certain girls have and I find really strange. They classify guys as 1. good guys who are serious about them and want relationships or 2. player guys who aren't serious about them and "only want sex". Some girls interpret just about everything in the context of these two categories. This is really wild when it leads to girls associating any sexual interest as belonging to 2 (i.e. a guy not liking her enough, not being serious, or being a fuc…

Why do you think this is so horrible? If I met someone really inexperienced who wanted to explore and experience what it's like to have a relationship, even if they don't imagine or expect it lasting forever - I would think that's really understandable. You learn a lot about things like communication, conflict management, your own desires and preferences, etc from relationship experience. I think that's a lot more balanced and level headed a take than something like "I'm going to wait to be in a…

I think people new to relationships generally lean more towards overly-serious and overinvesting with thier first partners. For obvious reasons, teenagers are a good example of this. I tend to dislike dating advice that promotes emotionally safegaurding yourself from partners and don't want to encourage that. But I think getting super attached and to your first partner out of desperation is not good. If you've never had a relationship or sex before, I believe it's good to approach it from an exp…

I don't care unless I don't trust her for some reason. I have a lot of female friends that I've slept with in the past, so I understand wanting to keep a friendship in that instance. I wouldn't like it if my partner tried to pull me away from friend groups just because I had slept with a couple people in them. Why would I want my gf not to have those friends if she's committed to me? I want her to have great friends. My relationships have mostly just been with women I trusted a lot and who were …

Yeah, I agree with this. I think I'm generally pretty kind and try to build people up and it helps me much more than it hurts me in dating. I will say that you can go pretty far on the cocky/arrogant side and still have many (not all) women love it with the right vibe. I don't mean being mean to people or being stuck up, but having an attitude that will make a lot of people think you're full of yourself and want to "cut you down to size". I think it's hard to use "defeatist" as a philosophical label of red pill overall given how self-improvement focused they are. It definitely is individual-focused rather than collective-focused as you mentioned. There is a sort-of "giving up" vibe regarding giving up certain relationship desires or goals (by saying they are impossible due to the nature of women).

/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/23 06:38 PM

Such a stupid take. People don't like people who mistreat them. You can he an asshole and still get laid, but it's going to hurt you more than help you. I'm genuinely nice to people and have a lot of success in dating. Though, yes, being cocky is attractive to many women

I've hooked up with a lot of my friends before, so I don't really agree with this. In fact, there are girls that you can invite out to things as friends who'll then start to like you, but wouldn't come to a 1-1 date off the bat. But generally, if you want to date a girl you should do that, not wait while trying to make her a friend

In this case you already know they're equal in every other way including relationship potential with you. So you're going to have the exact same experience with either of them anyway

I mean you're saying that they are the exact same person, right? I really wouldn't care. I'm trying to think of a reason this would ever matter at all. Unless any of the exes would be an issue or something? Maybe this is picking between hearing stories about woman b's marriage and woman a's flings/boyfriends. If so, a sounds more interesting, but this is really the most insignificant thing to make a decision about ever. What is even the point of this?

People with higher education levels and higher incomes have lower rates of divorce. You can compare effect sizes of different things like comparing divorce risks in equivalent percentiles of within-partner income difference vs education level. Why not do that instead of randomly say one is more important. In the end, there are a lot smarter things you can select for in a partner than low income

How is the current dating culture effecting your life and do you think this is a passing phase or is it here to stay? I don't find places like this subreddit to be an actual reflection of real-world dating (or people that I've met). I actually don't view this as negatively as many people do. I think there are a lot of people who make the mistake of trying to distance themselves from people they like or withhold affection in an effort to "not be needy". Putting up walls like this does not help connections and relationships form, and I don't really like when women try to act aloof in order to be "cooler". Sure, this can be done in a bad way. The guys that get the most women here are the men with 3 different kids from random moms that they fucked in an alley in a party (if you can't guess i am from brazil, big fuckfest here), usually with drugs and crime involved. But most of the people I hung out with there were Filipinos, so I can't really say a lot about foreigners there. I've slept with ~150 women in my life and I completely disagree with this. It's like they can tell which women are sad and vulnerable at a party. Then they convince said girls that everything will turn out OK IF they let them smash. Create a lot of mental problems in the girls and pose themselves as solution, it is really that simple. And how is this going to work? Why is a girl going to think sleeping with a guy that she met at a party that night going to solve her life problems? I don't really…

I've had a lot of great experiences with really cool women I met through cold approach in my life. Putting dumb incel-culture labels on yourself is not going to help you. Interpreting everything through the insecure lens of "am I a betabux" once you get into a relationship will hurt whatever relationship you get into. Virgins tend to prefer other virgins and run in the same circles as other virgins and want the same things out of relationships as other virgins. Not really. People don't segregate by virginity like that. Sure, I don't meet many girls with low partner counts at wilder parties or clubs, but in general this isn't how the people work on planet earth. Yeah, I think this is actually a really good facet/concept to look at. You can succeed with women with pretty different styles of personality, but having an interesting, compelling, eventful life where you're a driving force that makes things happen is a huge plus.

Men also want women who come from better backgrounds, have more money, are better looking, have better personalities etc. Not sure what blue pull ideology is, but does it say that women don't like rich, attractive men?

It has been taboo at several points in certain times/cultures, but has been openly discussed and practiced in many others: https://www.mic.com/impact/a-history-of-oral-sex-from-fellatios-ancient-roots-to-the-modern-blow-job-16543812 (Article also mentions time periods where the practice was taboo) In fact, even bonobos perform oral sex, suggesting that it existed as far back as our last common ancestor with them

Focusing on my improving my dating life made an enormous night-and-day difference for me. Though a lot of the conventional "money and muscles" type advice didn't make much of a difference. And yes, I know there ARE less attractive men in relationships but the trends are extremely obvious. More and more men are going to be single and alone going forward and no amount of 'improve yourself' is going to change this reality. You can only do so much. No, they don't. There are different dynamics that toxic relationships can have. The majority of the time this is a 2-way problem. Think about it - if you ask the partner in either o…

My standards are much higher now than when I watched porn regularly. Quitting porn didn't help me at all with ED either. Casual sex is encouraged and accepted and is accessible via apps like tinder. No more are the days that you had to sleep with the same person for your whole life. This is completely dependant on where you live. In the US this is very accepted, but people still have less casual sex than 20 years ago. Men seek casual sex more than women, but most men seek committed relationships over singledom. Hot college girls are encouraged to have a "hoe phase" so the hottest girls in society are down for casu…

The idea of dating apps generally appeals to men more than women, but these companies work very hard to market to women and build female userbases (because they're harder to get than men). There are apps that try to limit choices/matches for users, but they are less popular

The scientific method tests hypothesis using data. You can't "test" a definition or concept like that and nobody said anything about scientific method. there's an "alpha" there's a "beta" etc. You can't all be alphas. Just like you couldn't all be royals or knights or merchants or farmers or paupers. No, just because other greek letters exist doesn't mean anyone is obligated to create or use categories of traits named after them. Of course if "everyone was an alpha male" it would be a pretty use…

Dude, everything is made up - that's how language works. Plenty of terms have inconsistent definitions. People on this subreddit argue about what feminism means every week. People add on to it, take parts away, and make up a bunch of other types of it. It creates an easy classification to glorify and put down other men. Men just found another way to create and trap each other in a hierarchy. Because men interacting with men is a lot of dick jousting. Nobody here is trying to glorify you or put y…

I have a close friend who's 5'5" and skinny-fat but does better with women than most guys. I even know a bald, slightly chubby indian guy who bats out of his league. I don't agree with the extremity of your premise, but looks matter a lot in dating and people tend to date around their relative "looks level". But there's only so much you can do to improve your looks. Fitness, fashion, and grooming do make a large difference, but it's not everything. Aside from not being overweight, I'd say that genetic components of your face and your height are the most important parts of your physical attractiveness as a man and aren't things you can change. I'm late to this so I'm not going to write out a long response. But you're making way too many assumptions about people here. There are reasons people usually date around their age, but you can't just reduce people and their relationships to just ages like that. Does this not apply for men too? Like, sure, I can tell whether a girl is physically attractive through her profile (though many women have profiles that make it hard to tell what they look like). But I can't tell if I'm actually going to like her personality or have chemistry with her until I actually meet her in person. Isn't that just part of online dating?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 09:15 PM

Yeah, this happens to men too. It's really easy to "date down", but many people want to date up. I can very easily get dates with less attractive women and some of them will be very nice to me, make it very easy to see them, etc (there are still ones that won't put much effort in anyway). But getting attractive women to meet up is a pain in the ass.

I don't relate to this at all. I've never had a woman trying to have a long-term relationship with me without also being sexually attracted to me. I'm happy to hear that a woman is interested being with me for something longer-term, but unfortunately, people often say things like that and then disappear. I'm not sure if I've ever been called husband material before, but I'd be at least just as happy to receive a genuine compliment like that as "you're handsome" or "you're hot"

Most people aren't able to break down exactly why they don't feel drawn to someone and they default to explaining it that way. Because they didn't feel that feeling! Sometimes they are more aware, but saying they "didn't feel it" (to other people and themselves) feels more acceptable than the real answer (like "I couldn't date a garbageman" or "I find the giant mole on her lip gross"). Also people are attracted to personalities, not just looks

I don't think this is necessarily a religious thing, but I agree that the causal direction probably is mostly in the opposite direction than some people on here say, i.e. people who have lots of sex partners because they are promiscuous aren't going to be good at staying committed and people who have lots of sex partners because they are bad at maintaining relationships are also going to get divorced more

Lmao, not being ready to have sex is not "an egregious dating offense". Different people have very different expectations and preferences when dating, so no one can just speak for everyone. here are the reasons i’ve gathered for this: 1) she had sex with other men earlier so that means she isn’t attracted to you and just wants your resources 2) even if she has a low body count or is a virgin, sex needs to be had early in the relationship to ensure attraction/compatibility and avoid being friendz…

It's no more specific than any other number. I don't care about the total, but have chat histories with numbers from different cities I'd lived in during that time. Definitely possible I forgot a few, but I think it's pretty close. It's not really relevant to my point though. Nobody can secretly sense your inner motivations, they can only observe your behavior. And it's always tinted by their own beliefs and experiences. Insecure girls will worry you don't like them even if you obviously do. Som…

This is so ridiculous - I don't know what world some of you people on here live in. I have tons of female friends that I'm not interested in, including ones I'm not attracted to at all. If I'm attracted to someone, I'll just date them instead (unless I have stronger reasons to want to be friends with them - which is not a rare thing!). Sure, I suppose the vast majority of my female friends are attractive, but that doesn't mean I want to sleep with them or date them. Many of them I just don't lik…

People have all sorts of "common wisdom" ideas about relationships that contradict each, don't matter, or are even wrong. The timing of when you have sex is generally not going to be why your relationship succeeds or fails unless it's causing someone to feel rejected/inadequate/distanced or overly-pressured. Not everyone is always going to be ready to have sex on the first date, but it's never going to require someone a year of dating to become attracted to a person either.

So to me it makes sense that successful men don't treat many women with respect because it's the same treatment they would've received if they weren't in the same position As someone who's had the both experience of being a somewhat shy, awkward, ignored kid, but also of having more attention from women than I have time deal with, I didn't have that experience at all. Wrt privacy, you can't control other people talking about you. You don't have some "right" to prevent people talking about that. Some of these groups have already devolved into toxicity, and others will as well. People will realize that that the people most involved in those groups tend to be pretty toxic and drama-seeking. These are gossip groups after all. You can't really maintain quality of an open, public group on a topic like this.

Of course not. I have a lot of attractive female friends. There are several that I would sleep with in the right situation. No, it's not hypocritical. It's not hypocritical to want to date a creative person even though you aren't creative yourself. It's not hypocritical to want to date someone who is skilled at home repairs even if you aren't yourself. It's not hypocritical to want to date someone who's more grounded, realistic, and conservative when you're adventurous and idealistic. Yes, this has a way bigger impact than age on exploitation in relationships. To have the sort of manipulative/exploitative relationships people (naively) associate with age gap relationships you need: The person has to be machiavellian/sociopathic/antisocial enough to be manipulative like this, and Either considerably more intelligent (like you said) OR have a significant, abuse-able position of power over the other person (such as blackmail or large degree of influence on career, or some threat…

Yes, these things do have an influence on how you relate to other people and what dynamics you seek out from them. People build a lot of communication habits in their childhood and adolescence from their family. People will use the same childhood event or relationship with parent to explain completely different outcomes or vice versa. Not everything needs to have s…

People can live thier lives without maintaining relationships. They take the path of least resistance and don't build and maintain meaningful relationships. Local communities aren't nearly as strong, necessary, or pervasive as in the past. Today it's easier for people to isolate themselves. It doesn't really have much to do with dating apps. It depends on what exactly you mean by "partner". But I'll give it a shot. These aren't in order of importance, but in chronological order of when I discover them. Looks. Weight isn't linearly related to attractiveness and you can't use some threshold to divide more/less attractive people. The average person doesn't understand body fat percentage. Being obese will hurt you in dating more than being short will. Why would it matter whether it was genetic or not? People don't get to choose what they're attracted too.

I don't think it's really that simple. In the US, you're responsible for child support even if it's the result of rape. Wtf is this. Kim isn't unattractive just because she's older. I don't see how her kids are relevant here. Pete isn't really definitively less attractive than Kanye. I don't think younger women would really be more keen on this for the same reason. Apps like tinder are the most popular because they require the least effort and are most convenient. The result is it's really hard to get a feel for someone by sending texts. Personally, I like thick/chubby girls (though not too chubby), but if she is chubby with small tits/ass (especially tits) then I won't be attracted to her. But everyone is different

Do you want her to be your girlfriend? If so, it doesn't seem like she wants a relationship. But sometimes girls try to make you jealous or just assume you want something casual. If you want a gf, you should probably find a different girl. If not, why do you care? If it bothers you so much just tell her or stop hanging out with her instead of whining on reddit

I think it just depends on too many things. You can become an expert in game and max out your physique/style/looks in several years if you really hit it hard and have the right mentors. The only things that take a decade+ to reliably build are wealth and status. I guess if you're using your wealth for sugar dating or things like that, I could see the peak being later. Otherwise, I think it's hard for those to overcome the culture/dating age barrier unless you're living a really extraordinary lif…

Lol, no. How many times has this actually worked for you? This is not going to get you laid. You can get really fast pulls/lays if you find the right girl at the right time. You can get good results running really sexually direct game. But this is not how to do it. You'll get much better results from online dating that this stupid strategy
/r/seduction29/09/21 06:18 AM

This really depends. On the guy's situation, on what you mean by 'peak', etc. Physically/looks-wise your peak is probably in your late 20's. Your face has had time to mature, you're still young enough to maintain an optimal physique, skin is still young, and you probably haven't been hit hard by balding yet (though you can still look good long past that). Access-wise, most men peak in their early 20's in college. For most guys meeting hot girls gets harder and more time consuming after this. A f…

Well, having an abundance mentality mostly depends on your personal abundance. If I can easily get attractive women, then I'm going to have an abundance mentality (regardless of how easy it is for the girls to get other guys). Abundance mentality isn't one singular absolute thing either. You can feel like you can consistently get less attractive, basic girls, but a really attractive girl who's also cool and down to earth is rare to you. I used to be like this. I agree that apps have changed dati…

You're going to have to get a lot of numbers for that. I only got one girl to come over after getting her number from nightgame (was actually my first night out). But I never tried to farm numbers, and would go for longer sets and same-night pulls. You can have lots of great sets and then never get them to come out on a date later. Just like daygame
/r/askTRP28/03/21 09:14 PM

This depends on a lot of factors. If you're come across as nervous, don't look good, are a beginner, etc, you're not going to have any success (until you improve, of course). On the other hand, the guys who are really good at this can consistently get laid almost every time they go out (even multiple times in the same night) at the right venues. I've been out with a few guys like this before, and they don't have to do a lot of approaches to get laid either (they have a very good sense for which …

He says he gets shit-tested on his height sometimes, but that he's fucked every tinder date that shit-tested him on that. Personally, I've fucked 11/14 tinder girls on the first date. I have less success on tinder though, and fuck less attractive girls from there than my wing.

It puts more expectation on the girl and she gets cold feet/nervous. I usually try to sexualize over text first if I'm going to invite the girl straight over (I don't like LMR) , but it depends. Never use phrases like FWB or fuckbuddies. Lots of girls have negative connotations with these words, and it can make them feel like a slut, or make them worry that you'll think they're a slut/think less of them. Lots of girls have bad experiences with shitty sex from guys, especially from apps. 99% of g…

You're overthinking it. If you work at it, you can get with hotter/better girls. Once you're getting hotter girls, of course you won't settle. You can get hot girls from dating apps too, you just need killer pics and good text game. Approaching 3 girls a week will get you nowhere. If that's how you feel just tell her that. "Hey, I think you're right that going one day late is better than you ubering back a day early. So let's just go up on (whatever day)". If you want to fuck her make sure you frame yourself as someone who doesn't judge girls for that/slut-shame. Set the frame that waiting for no reason is silly if two people like each other, and set the frame that you're attracted to her because of XYZ and not just looking for a hole to fuck.

Not all girls are interested in older guys. Some bitter people might also try to shame you for this (though 36 to 26 isn't that big a difference). But yeah you have the wrong perception. I'm in my late twenties and have been with girls both 9 years older and younger.

Invested and compliant girls are great, but this level can get annoying. Just text her however often you want. This is an easy situation, just be normal. I don't date these girls, because it always ends in them getting hurt and being anxious and insecure all the time when they expect similar investment from me. Imo, waiting a week is too long - you want to make things happen as soon as you can while you have her attention. But others do things differently. Yes there are reasons. You should have tried to figure it out why so you can deal with it. Maybe she doesn't want to seem slutty, maybe she thinks car sex is uncomfortabl…

So she didn't respond after you messaged her? Wait 2 days-ish before you double text (so tonight-ish). If you're saying she responded with "ok", then message her back now. Most girls from cold approach won't pursue you until you've been seeing them for a while. Don't just sit on your ass and wait for her to move things forward or forget about you. Of course don't be pushy and desperate either)

Height matters but it's just one part of looks. And looks matter, but it's just one part of overall attractiveness (though a big part). My wing is 5'5" and fucks more girls than I do at 6'. If you're 5'10" you shouldn't worry about it all. Other than inserts you can't change it anyway, and there are tons of other things you can do to make yourself more attractive. Though yes, the better your looks are, the less you have to work to get initial interest/hook a girl
/r/askTRP23/02/21 06:45 PM

Yes, send something like the text I gave you. It sort of shows abundance and dhvs by setting the frame that you flaked on her, but at the same time it's not too harsh and you mention making it up to her, in case you already have enough value to her. If she responds positively just ask her for her schedule and make new plans. If she sends you something really short or something, just text her back and forth for a few messages until she's investing again.
/r/askTRP23/02/21 06:37 PM

Lol, what are you worried about? Do you want a LTR with her? It doesn't sound like she wants a monogamous relationship, and asking her right after she mentioned dating other guys could put you in a bad frame. But you can still just ask her what she's looking for out of this, and calibrate your response. Maybe she's scared of asking to be your girlfriend and looking too needy so she's trying to make you jealous, who knows. I don't think she sees you as a fuckboy given your post though

Flaking happens. It's unavoidable and will happen to you again. Making the first date better or sleeping with her on the first date will reduce the chance of it, but you can't eliminate flaking. Same with ghosting. It could be because of a mistake you made, but it could also have nothing to do with you. If you're getting flaked on the first date from online, you can try to build more investment over text first, but it will still happen. Just be chill and reschedule the first time.

Do you think she's crying about something to do with you/the relationship? In that case, definitely push her to tell you so you can deal with it/talk about it. If you think it's something else in her life, just tell her that you're there for her if she ever wants to talk about it, and just joke or do something to take her mind off of it.

If you know it's not worth it you, then sure, forget about it. You're overthinking all of this "in her frame", "mysterious bad boy", "should I wait to contact her" shit. There's some truth to this, but there are also tons of girls who are just really shut-in right now, and you just aren't going to meet them. It happens sometimes. If she's really shy/quiet, you want to be gentler about it. Just figure out what her concern is, and then deal with it appropriately. I don't think cologne really matters much, but it doesn't hurt either ime.

Idk what you mean by blue pill/red pill here, but if you've been being needy/lazy/whiny/weak or whatever, yes you can recover. If you're just worried about the sex frequency, many people experience their sex drive decreasing after the newness of a relationship wears off. This isn't always your fault (my sex drive eventually decreased in every relationship I've been in). This happens with girls and guys. You can talk to her about it, but that won't really increase her sex drive either. 2 or 3 tim…

Physique and style are the two biggest things you can do to improve your looks. Haircut/beard is also important. Things like skin and teeth can also matter a little. After that it's all game and lifestyle. My wing is 5'5" and fucks more girls than I do, and I'm a fit, above average height white guy (though I'm definitely not a chad/10 type guy). He's not really even in shape. He mostly gets laid from online and has great pics and is great at texting. Being less attractive does make things more d…

You generally shouldn't be losing girls by "giving them love". Unless she only wanted something casual and you scared her off. Lol, you're not going to get her by ignoring her. Just be cool and don't be too eager. Text her a few messages and then suggest to hang out if she seems interested.

You want to avoid two things 1. Avoid anything that gives her the impression you just want to cum in her then leave. Don't use phrases like FWB as they have bad connotations for most girls. 2. Avoid anything that implies you want a serious relationship. Don't say you want a deep connection unless you really qualify this and can fit it into a fuckboy frame. You can be bold and go sexual here, or just be vague "I'm looking for a cool girl with (sense of humor/cute laugh/adventurous side/nerdy side…

Sorry to hear you had to go through this. I had a relationship that got really toxic for a few months before I ended it. You could throw the BPD label on her if you want, I'm not interested in diagnosing her. Definitely wasn't as dramatic as your relationship. Personally, after I broke up with her, I was relieved. I was actually surprised that I never missed her or regretted it at all afterwards. She did and said some really crazy things at the end, which made me 100% realize that breaking up wa…

Emotionless retard does not equal alpha. But I know the dilemma that you're referring to. You have to calibrate it to each girl, so there's no perfect answer, but instead of focusing on being "alpha", try to come off as just a really cool guy who gets laid and has a lot going for him. Don't worry about emotion, think about investment. Calibrate your investment to how much value she perceives you as having. Make her feel like she earned your investment, because of whatever you like about her. Emo…

I wouldn't worry about the age gap. If she seems interested then go for it. It's always a risk that it can negatively affect your job if things don't work out. If the girl seems to be more of the dramatic type, I'd definitely avoid.

Are you sleeping with her already? If not, who knows. She could be stressed about her job or family or money or whatever. She could be seeing another guy now. Maybe she felt embarrassed or slutty about it and doesn't want to talk to you now. Maybe she just doesn't feel like replying. Maybe it was your texting, but we'd never know since you shared no details

The best fix is to be more focused on other aspects of your life and/or see other women. However, the first isn't 100% controllable in the moment, and the second takes some work to get going as well. So what you can do is: Don't see her more than once a week Don't text her first other than logistics to hang out. If she texts you first, send a few messages back and forth then stop at a natural point. Sometimes, don't even reply at all if she sends a short first text. In general, put a little less…

If you don't have that drive to chase girls right now, that's perfectly fine, don't do it. I will say though that for most guys, life will hand you a lot more opportunities for sex when you're in college (or just around a lot of young attractive girls for whatever reason). I wish I took more advantage of this when I was in college. But you can still get laid when you're older of course. You'll just have to work a little more for the opportunity. I have a friend who didn't lose his virginity unti…

I have a friend who was a virgin until he was 25 and gets tons of girls now. Start by improving your looks. This makes everything easier and you can do it during the pandemic without even worrying about being rejected or anything. Get in shape, improve your fashion, and figure out your haircut/skin/other grooming shit. When you have your style handled and are working out regularly, start working on your social skills. Depending on where you live, it may be difficult to met women right now. But d…

If they bailed on your original plans, hung out without you, and then seemed weird about it, you should just ask them. Otherwise, continue being cool and inviting them to stuff. If they keep excluding you in a weird way, just hang out with other friends.

Dude, it's your life. TRP isn't some bible of commandments that you have to obey. Raising someone else's kid is a huge commitment that a lot of people wouldn't want to make. If you think this girl is the shit and worth that sacrifice, then do it. That's not what a cuck is btw
/r/askTRP22/02/21 03:07 PM

No, you probably didn't. It sounds like this is a girl you're already seeing. If she proposes something you don't like, just tell her "X sounds like it could be fun, but I'd rather go to Y (your original choice or some compromise), because (reason why Y is better, or why X isn't a good idea)" or just "X isn't really something that I enjoy. How about we do (some other third thing) instead?" or something like that. Telling her she can pay or go by herself just sounds weird and butthurt.

Sorry that happened to you. If she cheated on you (it's not clear from your post if she actually did or if you're overreacting), then she's a shitty girlfriend, and it's good that it happened now rather than later. You shouldn't have to suppress yourself in relationships, but you shouldn't be needy or so eager to jump all in either. I never suppress myself in relationships and I've never been cheated on, and haven't been broken up with since high school. Although I can't imagine myself promising…

What are they getting butthurt about? Laughing and changing the subject isn't usually the best way to deal with tests, but a lot of guys on this sub think everything is a shit test when it's not. Also, I meant lower smv relative to you. If you're struggling with hotter girls, it's because you don't have a high enough combination of smv (looks/lifestyle) and game

I compliment girls all the time and get laid. Qualifying girls is extremely effective, and is a foundational part of game imo. Genuine compliments are also a great way to make yourself seem more attainable and less aloof (most guys are usually on the other side of this problem thoigh) There's a huge difference between complimenting a girl from the right frame and fawning over her.

It's great to have a girl wing for you if she can be normal about it. If I were you, I'd take advantage of the opportunity and teach her. Otherwise just tell her you appreciate the effort but you felt it was embarrassing and ask her not to do it again.
/r/askTRP22/02/21 02:00 PM

This is normal and happens in every relationship of mine. I try to avoid starting out too fast and hanging out too much in the beginning, so you don't have to decrease it and worry the girl later.

I was going to guess that you were being too domineering or trying too hard to be "alpha" like a lot of guys on this sub. But based on your comments, it just sounds like you're dating shitty, bitter girls. Girls way below your smv usually won't test you much unless they're just really arrogant. If they're being really shitty, it's usually an insecurity/auto-rejection thing. You could be just failing their shit tests, but I rarely ever get that kind of shit from lower smv girls. Where are you mee…

Personally, ejaculating reduces my sex drive, so I have less motivation to meet girls. I also sometimes (but not too often) have ED with new girls if I've ejaculated within the past couple days. So I avoid doing it much. Otherwise, nofap is overrated, and there are tons more important things to focus on

You're style is fine dude. Don't listen to people complaining about it. Your pics suck though. You need non-selfie candid shots that you look good in and pics that show you doing cool shit and at cool places. Not random posed selfies against walls and in your bathroom mirror.

What are you even asking? Girls will fuck without you promising and implying the possibility of commitment. Plenty of young girls want casual sex, there's no need to burn and manipulate girls looking for a relationship. If you imply commitment and raise their expectations, it's just going to crash and hurt the girl. You can keep girls around a lot longer without that. You just want to avoid implying that they're not worthy of a relationship and hurting their ego. You don't even have to say that …

You've been with her for two years... just ask her what exactly she wants when you're not fucking. She may be into more extreme SM/impact stuff. You can ask what she thinks about being tied up and flogged or some shit if you're into that.
/r/askTRP21/02/21 06:33 PM

lol at some of these answers. Dude, there was nothing wrong with your surprise bondage thing. Your girl isn't upset about that, she just feels very insecure about your relationship. She's upset at the I love you thing. She wants you to be her boyfriend. Do you want a monog LTR with her? If sounds like no, but if you do just tell her you love her (if you feel like that's the truth or whatever). Do you not want that or want some open relationship? Then just tell her you like her, but don't want to…
