I saw that but it wasnt sports scholarships it was sports admissions, as in student pays but is admitted to play that sport. A scholarship would obligate stuff due to title IX.

I dont know that this meets PPD criteria. Part of being a Captain, in fact the most important part, is commanding a company. Almost every Captain gets their chance male or female. For her to get relieved from command from as something as dog and pony as a non-combat demonstration team, she had to have some sort of misconduct happen that the USAF isn't probably going to release to the public. The only reason they are releasing anything is because they made such a big deal over her taking command.

That is where it goes from sexual assault to sexual harassment. This falls into quid pro quo that makes a hostile work environment. What is weird is there technically isn't a work place because actors are really independent contractors so there isn't really an HR department. I'm not sure how a sexual harassment claim would work in this case.
