Same situation. You can get a legal separation. That’s what my wife and I are doing. Finances are separated.

Same situation, we lived together for nine months after telling me she was lesbian. We were amiable towards each other during the whole process. She moved out a month ago. We also have two young boys. I took primary custody of them (school year). I did get depressed feelings again when the time came for her to move out. At first I felt excited about the idea of dating again. Decided later to take a different path. My advice, take it very slow. Everything that I read about dating after divorce is…

I’ll marry you. Only baggage is two young boys (7, 4) and a penis. The penis so very small, you won’t notice it and the small poke you might feel at night, feels like a child’s finger. So, let me know.

You can setup your rules the way you want. Basically you have to agree on them. I don’t mind her coming over for dinners, it may change as we see other people, but as of now, the focus is well-being of the boys during this transition.

My wife and I haven’t started the divorce process. She is moving out middle August and I will have full custody of our two boys during the school year, with her have unlimited visiting rights. We will alternate weekends. Summer, she will have them full time, I will have unlimited visitation along with every weekend. Since will haven’t sign parenting contact. We are doing this in trust between each other. You know your partner, if you feel that she could cross you, don’t, if not, keep your plan.

Make certain to look into 401k balances and other assists. You have to remember that you need to look at your own finical security because it was also hurt your boys. Keep documenting and prove to the court that you are able to take on responsibilities of 50/50 custody. Try to stay positive, love yourself and boys, just re…

I’m getting what I want; boys/child support. I don’t want to piss her off so much that it ends up going to lawyers.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
