They would lose. There is ample historical evidence and context regarding militias and involuntary military service in this country. The Constitution describes militias and one of our amendments specifically mentions the militia. But you might get them to declare women have to register too.

My youngest son's mother knew how I felt. I wanted him intact. The third day in the hospital (he was an emergency C section due to a nuchal cord) she asked me to go home and get some things for her. It took me about two hours because we lived so far out in the country. By the time I came back they were finishing the circumcision. That's the most disrespected I've ever felt.

I'm not super familiar with the situation. I don't really know. From what I'm seeing there's no mention of it other than she was never really a citizen because her dad was some sort of diplomat when she was born. So I'm not really sure if she renounced her citizenship versus was never really a citizen because the children of diplomats aren't automatically Americans in the first place.

I don't know where you live, but here a Class A misdemeanor is never, and I mean never, an aggravated charge. The "aggravated" modifier brings the crime up to a felony. Striking a police officer without causing serious injury is simple battery.
