Thanks for the inspiration man. The timing is perfect. I am just in the process of upgrading my Tinder profile. I am 5.7 with a six pack but never really showed my muscles on Tinder because I thought it would not make a difference and girls hate seeing those kinda pictures. You made me change my mind. Would love to hear and learn more from you in the future, thanks a lot!

Know that feeling bro. Feels horrible. Even though I dance in clubs and kinda attract girls around me, I hate screaming at each other aka talking to them which leads to me not talking to any girl (sometimes) which makes clubbing a frustrating experience.

For guys who get consistently matches, how big is your city population wise? I live in a small town of 70k inhabitants. Im decent looking with great pictures but like 1 match every other day

Forget the 17 days. You put huge pressure on yourself resulting in needy behaviour and a fearful state. Additionally even if you manage to get a girl, you will be so stressed out that the possibility to fail in the bedroom is high. Relax and accept that you will be a virgin by 30 and you still have all the time in the world.

She can still reject you. Having a set date is only the first step prior to many opportunities for getting rejected. However, maybe you still doubt the "fact" that she is really interested.

Yep, obviously important. Two weeks ago I was out with a new buddy I met in the gym. Carefree and outgoing guy. He directly saw a girl constantly staring at me and told me to get her number "NOW" . Felt pretty natural and easy to do so because of him and his frame. Alone or out with total shy beta males, I still have in my SC, that could have felt akward and alot harder to do.

Its pretty simple: You fear two things: 1.) Getting rejected and feeling like shit. 2.) Losing her attention and losing a girl chasing you. Everything else you tell yourself are just excuses.

Big part is genetics but since I started living a very healthy lifestyle 5 years ago that definitely gave my appearance a big boost. Im actually turning 34 in 3 months.

When I first started with cold approaching I had 40+ rejections in 2 days. At the end of day two I went into a club and the first girl I approached there had sex with me in the same night. On top of that the girl looked hotter than all the 40+ girls I talked to earlier Never stop.

I am also 33. I look very young though and go to the gym 4 times a week. The game changes with women above 30 years old. They will do all the pursuing from the start. Just relax. You can still start with self improvement. I had my six pack with 31, learnt to play the guitar with 29 and started a business with 30. Your life begins now.

While I agree with 95% of OPs post, dont stress yourself too much. With my last ltr GF I messed up 50% of the stuff mentioned and she still chased me like crazy after our first dates. The initial attraction almost outshined everything else. So always search for these kind of women and you will have an easier time. Of course I improved and got aware of my failures. Never stop improving your dating skills but also take initial attraction into account when you evaluate your success in hindsight.

Not gonna work. I did this and without taking the initiative, you wont get any women.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
