That article is basically the same argument feminists have against a common breast cancer slogan of "save the ta-tas!". That a lot of breast cancer awareness boils down to focusing on the breasts as a sexual organ, removing the woman they are attached to from the picture completely. So feminists are disappointed that men's health is going through a similar marketing issue.

Risk losing my job now so I can take the time off needed to travel to get a medical procedure I need, or be delayed due to circumstances and require an even more risky version of the medical procedure, or end up with a child I might not be able to afford and require government assistance paid by taxes.

The effects on the victim are the same regardless of if the court is able to treat it like it happened. Not having enough proof that something happened when going to the cops/courts doesn't mean you should feel like nothing happened.

I can understand the "there's no way to prove it without a doubt" argument, but lack of proof doesn't mean it didn't happen. Just because you agree to something 99 times, doesn't mean it can't be traumatic if you're forced the 100th time against your will. Nor does it mean that 100th time can't have been forced.

Asking if a partner knows of the ves. Doesn't mean that info weighs on the doctors decision to perform it. A lot of procedures collect information just to be able to have data like "X% of them performed were with the partner being unaware". Part of the paperwork to get an abortion involves asking what kind of BC was used, if any. That answer doesn't change if the abortion gets done or not. So do you have any evidence of the information on the partner effects the doctor doing it or not?

Whichever parents are on the birth certificate are the de facto parents and have equal and full rights to the child. A father listed on the birth cert can't be charged with kidnapping his own child unless a further court order is in place specifying he doesn't have custody rights during the time he has the child.
