| 3 | How to talk to anybody (mindset)This might be a little too "woo woo" for some, but has anyone tried to convince themselves that they actually are an extrovert and that they love the energy and talking to people. Even going to the extent of envisioning the kind of outcome you want at the social event? It might sound odd, but if I'm dreading an event or networking or something, I just try to embody the characteristics/actions of someone who knows how to work the room (or pick up a date).
