Carefully... No but for real, you're over-thinking. Just use her texting you to spark a fun conversation, then end that conversation by saying something like, "Hey whacha doing at [so and so time]? We should go to [so and so place] and [so and so activities]!"

I got a date with a girl I was doing a group project with at my college. We walked back from the library to the dorms together. She mentioned that she was hungry for such and such restaurant and I said we should go because I have a car. I don't think it changes. You just have to be confident and change venues to something more date-like.

I bet he also wants to cut off a woman's tits and use them as bath toys.

I wish I could help more. It sounds to me like she is either a very psychologically damaged person, or you are not comfortable enough touching people. If it's the latter, I suggest touching everybody. Touch your guy friends as well as girls (like on their shoulder, don't be grabbing their junk). Touching your bros makes physical contact seem more natural in your mind. More like something friendly people do, and less sexual. Which is what you want, because it takes more pressure off you.

I'm thinking it's in your head. If it's not in your head, then this girl is either not into you, or might have some kind of psychological issue. I talk to some pretty reserved girls too, and I've never met one that turns hugs, or playful shoulder taps as weird.
/r/seduction06/12/13 08:34 AM

You're over thinking it, man. Escalate physically. Playfully touch her shoulder, hold her hand, hug or what-have-you. When you're hugging, pull your head back but keep holding on. If she does the same then she wants to be kissed. If by some crazy fault she doesn't want a kiss even then, she will just say something like "It's too early for me" and you'll both move on.

I agree with /u/RandianHero , except don't brag about your night. Ask her how her night went casually. By social convention, she's almost obliged to ask you the same question. Have a very interesting story prepared. Possibly a funny moment that you don't see very often. In my opinion, it's always best to be lead into DHV stories by the other person. Don't just bust out a DHV in their face because it looks like you're fishing for approval.

I just try to not think about consequences. Just do whatever you want. Don't shape your choices around other people. You don't even need to talk too often to be charismatic. I don't wait for anybodies attention, I just act like I didn't care about it anyway and do the next thing I feel like doing.

Same. Was drinking with some girls at a party once and I got a lap dance from one girl, while talking to a second girl. First girl leaves for the bathroom and I start making out with the second girl while feeling like a king. I then proceed to get massively wasted and somehow strike out with both of them. Moral of the story: don't drink to the point you don't think anymore.

That's good. Well, I guess just pick yourself up and start pushing yourself to get out there. My most successful opener when meeting new people so far has been "Hey Janet! I didn't know you'd be here." Or I walk up and say I bet I can guess their name. Usually gets me attention.

I know it's recommended to not use alcohol for seduction purposes, but it does tend to make introverted people a bit more chatty. Try getting a little drunk the next few times you go out, but try to cut it off after you start figuring out how to have fun at parties and stuff.

If your goal is relationships and your personality works for you, then why try to change an already good thing? If you're confident with yourself, then that's the greatest tool you can have in my opinion. I play Guild Wars as well, by the way. EDIT: Should be representin'. Northern Shiverpeaks server for the win!

You got downvoted, but I think I know what you were saying. You were telling him not to get into his head, correct? If so, I agree. When I try to think about pickup too hard I feel like I'm acting more shy.

I think the attraction would have been there, but she probably wasn't as confident to say "I don't give a fuck about what these other girls think, I want to fuck him." But the russian chick didn't care either so she saw a green light.
/r/seduction08/07/13 02:38 AM

It was from a different perspective, so it's not really seduction, so much as the effects of seduction. So yeah, it is written differently. Also, there are many schools of thought in seduction. This one was more of the silent confidence/natural approach.

We all fuck up sometimes. Just try not to think about previous failures, because if you start getting in your head, you're not going to be at the top of your game in her head. Yuh know? Here's what I would do: Don't text too much. Make plans over call or text, whatever, to hang out (don't say date because it's too much pressure). Maybe grab some dinner, nothing fancy. I don't like Sasha too much. He seems very forceful in his approaches, which isn't really my style. Don't get me wrong, I've learned so much from this community and am very thankful. I'll never fully leave it, but I probably won't be as engorged as I was day 1. I want to focus more on myself and my goals before pickup. Such as college and getting into the base jumping community.

The natural stuff I like. But I'm starting to lose faith in stuff like the Mystery Method. There is a lot of extractable information from Mystery, but I don't like the idea of having most of my conversation pre-scripted. Maybe a thing or two to move things along. But all the stuff that is actually for self improvement is good to me. I've gained so much confidence since the day I joined the community to now.

Starting to move away from this and other PUA resources because of how robotic it seems. I loved it at the beginning, but a couple times I've used routines in front of my pivots that I've also used those routines on without realizing, and that blew a set or two up in my face.
/r/seduction08/06/13 10:59 PM

I'd say mostly kino escalation. Non-pickup artists still get girls without routines.

Sometimes you have to remind yourself that these girls are just people. Look at them and try to put yourself in their shoes. They're a girl with problems and insecurities of their own. They're not some kind of demigod you put yourself to mercy to. Sometimes I still have to remind myself when I'm not in "state" yet.

Stop taking things so seriously. There's a time for seriousness, and a time for just living. You think people judge you negatively when you look like an idiot, but if you look like you're having fun, people will think you're fun.

"Mind if I sit here? It's really hard finding an open seat in here." Gets you in the set if it really is hard to find a seat, it's funny if the place is basically empty.

Been there. I got drunk with this girl I had oneitis with and a couple other friends, and my game was cringe-worthy. The oneitis took its course and I blew it that night. Ain't no big deal, I just tried again with another girl. But the lesson I learned that night is that I get way too horny to follow my own game properly when I'm drunk. I no longer drink and game.

There are obstacles to achieving outcome independence whether you make this a challenge or not. I guess the trick would have to be thinking of it as similar to finding a random $20 in an old pair of pants. Don't think about the challenge until after you've completed it and go, "Oh, I won this too. Cool"

I got really good at holding eye contact. In conversations where you talk back and forth a lot, it's fine to look at her most of the time. But I know this girl who just talks and talks and talks... And she just stopped mid sentence and said, "can you stop looking at me like that? You're making me anxious." She literally just talks for half an hour and doesn't leave pauses for me to connect, so I sit there looking like a creep. After she said that, I stopped paying attention to whatever she was s…

Yeah, I hear you on scripts. I don't like them either. I have some scripted openers and "girl crack" stuff that I keep on hand. And then I have some scripted ways of getting kino escalation. But other than that I kind of just talk.

Maybe it's just more your style. I fit more into the cocky-funny category I think. But I mostly do it for my own amusement. But maybe I just haven't been in long enough to realize you're right.

It sounds like you openly admit that it's a benchmark opener. I might have taken it wrong, but it sounds like you are saying that it is an opener for beginners to work on the fundamentals. But after you get to a certain point there are other, more exciting, openers to use instead. Am I misunderstanding you?
/r/seduction07/05/13 08:41 PM

There's more information you have to let us know here. Do you want to sleep with her? Or do you want to step out of her life? Or do you want to just be friends and maybe use her as a pivot?
/r/seduction07/05/13 05:44 PM

Different things work for different people. I like to be a little more high energy. If you say the right thing it can come off as a bit more confident than just simple "hi." So if you get ignored when saying hi, then why continue to use that as an opener? The game isn't universal. If something works for somebody, it doesn't mean it works for everybody in every town on every girl. Plus, this is still Reddit. I bet a lot of people on here go out and seriously do this stuff. But I am also willing t…

Try something different. If it's empty all around you try saying something like, "It's so hard finding a seat around here, is this seat taken?" And then sit down. Don't always start with your name or just hi. Anybody can say hi. Try to come off as more high energy. Generally, the girls out to have fun (in my experience) are more attracted to high energy guys. Unless you look like a regular Ryan Gosling, you almost have to be a little more out there.
/r/seduction07/05/13 05:08 PM

Might help, but she didn't break up with her boyfriend and go on a date with you because you said this specific opener. The opener lead to a better conversation which is what openers are for.

The MM videos have a pretty good section on freeze outs too.
/r/seduction13/04/13 05:59 AM
1

That's why you don't pout. If she asks if you're mad just be like, "No of course not! I'm just not up for just messing around. Anyway, check out this youtube clip my buddy sent me." Or something like that. Then start the escalation again. Mystery actually covers what to say pretty well in his MM videos. I need to go back and rewatch to remember exactly, but it's worked for me in the past.
/r/seduction13/04/13 05:55 AM

I second this. I studied RSD and they talked about scarcity mindset a lot, and this wouldn't appear to fall under that umbrella to me.

What nation's army are you from? Or are you just stationed somewhere super cold?
/r/seduction10/04/13 04:37 PM
1

Are you American army? Because that's where I am, and my company doesn't have resources like yours. We have 3 assault squads per platoon, and then one squad for support by fire. Then again, I'm reserves. Maybe we get more resources on an actual deployment.
/r/seduction10/04/13 02:31 PM
1

Not related, so as a dual fire team leader, that kind of makes you a squad leader, right? I mean, if you're walking in a fire team wedge-squad in column, you'd probably stand in between the fire teams right? EDIT: I'm interested because I've never seen that before. I'm just a PFC and that's never happened in my platoon. We just made an E4 an acting team leader to remedy the fact we only had one E5.
/r/seduction10/04/13 01:46 PM

Yeah, I meant that I usually talk to one of her other friends. It usually gets a smile. I assume anything that gets a positive reaction is a step in the right decision.
/r/seduction09/04/13 02:02 PM
1

That's a good point. I also like, "You're kind of a perve. I don't wanna talk to you anymore." I say it with a smile and then start talking to the next person around me.
/r/seduction09/04/13 12:14 PM
1

Thanks for the tip! I'm new here, so I wasn't sure if I was supposed to make it an obvious joke or serious. I'll try it out more seriously next time. I've playing it like a joke and maybe that's why it's been difficult for me to establish a day 2 when I use that move.
/r/seduction08/04/13 05:44 PM
1

Hmm. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. They usually start grabbing me even more. I usually say, "Hey, touching ain't free. I'm gonna start charging you if you keep it up." They touch me more and I'm like, "I really hope you're rich cuz I'm starting a tab."
/r/seduction08/04/13 04:08 PM
1

Yeah it's just what MM taught me when I was brand new at this. But anyway, in my game I actually try to get them to touch me more by telling them I don't want them to. It works really well for kino escalation. It sounds like you use it differently and actually hope they touch you less? If true, I'm curious why.

I love this. One of the better things MM teaches imo.

It seems like the article just said she wasn't going to go home with him. Since I don't have the time at this moment to go back and re-read, I'll assume I'm potentially wrong. But just because a girl won't go home with you doesn't necessarily mean she's not interested in you long term, does it?
/r/seduction07/04/13 09:00 PM
3

I mean, sometimes meals go for like $20.. I'm only a guy trying to look into a girl's perspective, but I don't think I'd charge the dude 20 bucks for making me walk my fat ass 20 feet by myself. I probably just wouldn't answer his calls anymore.
/r/seduction07/04/13 07:58 PM

Yeah, I agree. Pick up my business and move elsewhere. Her advice is for men seeking relationships, not a one night stand, though.

I am currently finding myself in between. I find that a lot of MM stuff still gets a woman's attraction. But how does that help you? You get a girl to sleep with you. But where does that land you in your head? Now you're a robot that knows the rules of a game and how to win. Like playing Monopoly and being able to role double 6's on command or whatever. Natural game is where it is actually integrated into your self, and you no longer require "lines." I find the lines that I've learned in MM extr…

I highly suggest you download The Blueprint Decoded by RSD. Honestly, your negative attitude about yourself is what stood out to me throughout. Even though you got positive again afterwards, you started off negative and it sticks like that. You can get it for free if you know how to torrent, but if you have the money to spend (I'm broke) go to their website and buy it. It's pretty interesting to read your last paragraph. I'm only 5 hours into The Blueprint Decoded by RSD, but it seems like a big message they tried to get across was, "don't worry about how other people perceive you. Your reality is the only important one." It's interesting to me that you switched to being apologetic for what you're saying. If I'm wrong, please tell me where my misconception is. As I said, I'm only about 5 hours into that seminar.

You clearly have a lot of limiting thoughts. I'm assuming you're not "hott" based off your negative attitude. There are those 2% of girls that just HAVE to have that 6'3" super hotty. But the majority of girls will still get attracted to you if you have solid game. Unattractive guys generally have a longer road to getting girls just because they have those limiting thoughts that you're talking about right now. Don't put girls on a pedestal. Guy with terrible acne here. 20 years old. It left scars on my cheeks. It's like a nightmare actually. I'm not some kind of crazy stud that has sex every night, but I also don't try to. I have other things on my plate to get done. The difference between guys with good looks and guys with bad looks: If you have looks, you don't need to have solid game. This sounds like an interesting app. But I'd suggest checking out RSD's The Blueprint Decoded. Looks don't matter. Looks only matter if you're a "chode" and have no game. If you have charisma, you can get most girls that you deem yourself as unfit for. This app focuses too much on looks to begin initial attraction and you'd miss out on a ton of girls because they're all judging you on your cover before you even get to open your mouth.

I spent three weeks of just reading, reading, reading, and watching seminars online. Then I would shower or go to work on autopilot while thinking about running a set. I'd think about past experiences and what I should have said. Now I go out to parties and utilize my skills that I've practiced in my head. Similar to the animus in Assassins Creed. Don't get me wrong, nothing is like doing it for real. But running things through in my head helped for sure.

Let me put it to you this way: I was great at conversation. I could talk to most people all day. Not even dominating the conversation, but I had wit and I knew how to make people believe I was listening to them on a deeper level than most other people. But my downfall was that I was too nice. I didn't make moves. I basically needed to get hit by a brick with words scrawled across it saying "I love you" before I'd go in for a kiss. I agree with you to an extent. But here's the thing, I always came off as the nice guy in the past to the girl that I'm actually interested in. I used to open doors for her and offer to buy her food. I've been studying the Mystery Method for the past couple of months. I haven't been incredibly lucky with girls in the past. But last weekend I went to a small circle party where I was the "new guy" that nobody knew yet. There were 2 single girls and 5 single guys. Thanks =) It feels great making progress in this area of my life. I've always been social, I just have a problem with closing and kino escal. I've improved a lot in a couple months.

Describe what you mean here, please. There were 2 girls, and they both seemed more attracted to me than anybody else. So do you mean to kiss one to cause jealousy in the other? Or just use a simple kiss to attract that girl more?

I know. And I'm only 20. But it's bad dude. Got oneitis for sure. At least I refuse to let myself focus on just her.

Yeah I know. Not going to let my guard down on her yet. We are going to hang out sometime this week. Probably will have to completely restart the attraction process.

Agreed. I thought about it later and was like "FUCK. I totally had it in the bag if I had taken the shot then." I'm still new. I started a little over a month ago.

I plan on making plans with her sometime soon. I'm concerned I blew it, but I'm pretty sure my game was strong enough to the point to where she'd give me a second shot.

Thanks, man. My problems last time she was around me a lot was I was too nice. I'd open doors for her, offer to pay for dinner even though we weren't even dating, was too nervous to do any kind of kino. Since I came upon this place and a few other gaming resources last month, I've improved drastically. I made sure to be almost the exact opposite last night. I didn't pay for her food, I playfully closed the door behind me when she was trying to walk in, stuff like that. It seemed to add interest.…

My friend was playing that game this year. Day 1 of the game he slipped on slightly wet grass and broke his arm. Great times.

Used in a daygame routine. She seemed pretty open and extroverted. We got on the topic of fetishes and I said, "I mostly touch myself to pictures of you I've photoshopped." Didn't ruin the set, but it seemed to set me back a bit comfort-wise. I must have said it wrong.

Maybe it works for you. But my game is more about making it seem like they have to work harder for it.

You said you don't let her do the whole pretty girl routine where she talks herself up. What do you say to her when she's trying to impress you? Maybe it's because I'm at work and not feeling playful, but I can't think of a playful response.

I cannot see this working. Don't get me wrong, I'm gonna try it just because it made me laugh. But I expect to get slapped.

Interesting method. When you say, "poke her leg" do you mean literally just poke with your index finger? Or like a playful grab or something.

Was going to say this. Never tried it, but best technique I can think of.

http://www.pick-up-artist-forum.com/ is the only one I actually have an account with. Admittedly, that forum is on the decline a little too, but it's still got a lot of gold. But when I have a specific question I generally google it and find multiple helpful sites. It's usually the good threads that show up on google results.

Don't know what he said, but it's important that you keep it up. Getting out of your shell is something that's difficult to do. I don't think anybody feels like they have completely left it, but it gets noticeably better.

I'm new here, so I don't know what this used to be about. But I've been going to other forums on this topic, and they tend to be much more helpful about what you're talking about.

Fair enough for me. Your line is the best way I can think of to come back at what she said, I was just curious if OP got any.

He doesn't call asexual objects "furniture" anymore. Because furniture reproduces sexually. I'm failing to understand why he'd post it here even if he clearly knew it was off topic, though.

Jim Halpert actually says that last line. Good advice.

Please field test that one and PM me the results. I can be flamboyant, I just have to be in a mood.

If they're already drunk. But maybe you're able to speak more flamboyantly than me.

Yeah, I don't know where he got that. I know there are multiple schools of thought, but seriously, that isn't kino. That's creepy.

People are touchy. I don't understand why people get downvoted most of the time. I liked your lines, and will probably add the last one to my game.

Sounds like potential jail time.
