They have to defend their prejudice somehow , it applies to all bigotry. Even if it means denying what can be clearly seen on the image.

I wonder if they would accept similar statements about women, if they were based on similar anecdotes .

Can you please check what is the definition of rape used in source of this data?

Oh its people just trying to cover up their bigotry and being an assholes under genuine problems, its ugly thing to do or to justify .Id say its good to switch gender and see how it sounds if you have problem with recognizing wich statments are like this.

Thank you very much ! however I am curious if its stated that remaining 32.6 percent of abused lesbians are exclusively victims of men , or if they couldve had women abuse them aswell.

Does someone know whats up with the DV study mentioned there? and what is the actual conclusion of it?

We cant mark someone an enemy based on their gender. If they deserve hate it should obviously be due to their actions.
/r/EverydayMisandry14/01/26 05:00 PM
6

Do we really need to steer discussion towards hate of the other gender ?

If someone doesnt want to share his wealth in marriage ,he doesnt have to. And child support is obviously necessary. Nice bait tho 3/10

Okay this account is fake ( 8 days old) , do you really want to prove that people here hold same prejudice like shown in the post? Im sure it will be posted somewhere aswell.

I think relationships are way too diverse to just throw absolutes like that.
/r/EverydayMisandry14/01/26 04:48 PM
3

Oh it is misandry ,dont get me wrong , I just wanted to point out that she sees women as victims ,rather than people making concious choices, like you said. Thats what I meant.

Explain.

Its also misogynistic in a way , they perceive any women that are with a man , as brainwashed , as if they lack free will ,and dont know what they want , because in their world view they must be brainwashed ,otherwise theyd need to admit they are wrong , and they cant have that.
/r/EverydayMisandry14/01/26 12:51 PM

Im also curious if the statistic is for domestic violence ,or violence overall. The latter being obviously manipulative ,if used in this context.

One of greatest misconceptions is that someone who suffers, or is under discrimination in some way ,would be automatically a good person
/r/EverydayMisandry01/01/26 01:14 AM
5

"Helping" was never actually the point. Its stupid assumption either way that somehow insulting a certain group will make them work better as a whole , especially if said group is defined only on their genitalia . To try o halt domestic abuse for example ,one could advocate for anti drinking campaigns ,because alcohol addiction ,atleast where I come from ,correlates with domestic abuse ,but I belive theyll never do such a thing , because they want an enemy above all else.
/r/EverydayMisandry31/12/25 06:04 AM

Why do these people are soo reluctant to belive that people dont like idea of carrying some sort of original sin that they must feel guilty about and accept insults based on it?

About reproduction , I wonder if they think women should be in polygamous relationship with one " high quality " man then.

I think its just us vs them attitude taken to radical level. I doubt it serves any real purpose either.
/r/EverydayMisandry14/12/25 07:30 PM

Its such a weird argument , because you can interpret "equality" in almost any way if you go with that viewpoint , extinction of humans for example, thats also form of "equality" ,isnt it?
/r/EverydayMisandry29/11/25 04:09 PM

They would hate reverse gendered version of this.

... Did anyone actually ever got praised for not being a sex offender?
/r/EverydayMisandry23/11/25 07:10 PM

The movement is worth smearing ,simply for advocating exclusion based on someones sex , and yes you are right that they can choose who to engage with. But I think the line between not engaging with a sex ,and being an asshole or bringing harm is thin .
/r/EverydayMisandry18/11/25 12:14 PM
10

Nah ,not true. Most misogynists are just misunderstood men and boys hurt by women or taught by men who were hurt by women , that dont hurt anyone ! /s What youre doing is cherrypicking.

Soo if we dig into their logic a bit... Atleast some Women are spending time with men ,only on basis of wanting to have relationship ,or sex with them ... Aside from implications ,imagine a guy saying that about women.
/r/EverydayMisandry28/10/25 09:00 PM
8

Most women, In fact, are not toxic. Id say most people are atleast decent.
/r/EverydayMisandry28/10/25 01:30 PM
9

I disagree. Given example you provided , and assuming its correct ,cause I dont know german. I doubt people would think of a man as "ruler" when adressing him , and would just consider it a way to formaly refer to somebody. Because language changes. And we learn certain words without their original meaning .
/r/EverydayMisandry27/10/25 12:21 PM

Words lose and change meaning. Id imagine no decent person would mean it like you potray it . Edit: Also what youre doing is whatabouism.

There is no shame in sharing negative experiences. There is shame for blaming it on everyone else. No matter how justified we seem in doing soo.

... Men that are fighting in a war, mind you
/r/EverydayMisandry19/08/25 05:23 PM

But they ha ve a reason , they want to reinforce their hatred ,to convince themselfs that someone is inherently worse than them , less than them , and most importantly ,that its okay to think that way. Clout is easiest way of doing soo.
/r/EverydayMisandry17/08/25 08:21 PM

No ,its simply dumb. But it fits her political agenda soo she will use this as an example to reinforce her beliefs.
/r/EverydayMisandry17/08/25 08:14 PM

Its worse than fetish ,its being subject to manipulation. I have no doubt that this woman , and those alike to her ,manipulate their partners ,soo they can better fit their expectations.

I think she is anti , as she belifes that its mans responsibility , and if split it can extend to him wanting to split his other responsibilities , while he might be reluctant to do the same with the woman's responsibilites.

I think the problem is that anyone can use the term to describe themselfs ,and claim to do gods work while writing things like I posted. Whenever theyre called out depends on how long they hold such beliefs. Because even if they are excluded from a "good group" they wont magically despawn and instead will find group that will accept them. One that might brand themselfs as feminist , like one from the post. I personally dont think someone belifieng themselfs to be feminist makes them bad ,let alo…

I belive they convince themselfs it does , in order to justify their hatred. Because if everything they preach doesnt actually do any good... Then what does it make them?

To push political agenda, to push belief that man these women are marrying and likely spend years of life in happy relationship is actually evil incarnate because of his gender.

Its fanatism supported by echochamber created in whatever sub this came from. We have dehumanization , denying men emotions like love , treating gender as monolith , some weird mix with history particulary colonialism, and somehow projecting said colonialism on indivudal modern people treating it as caused by biological traits that men ,and only men share... ,wich baffles me because from here you can go to extreme xenophobia in form very similar to nazism towards people from countries responsibl…

... While I understand danger coming from extremist content aimed at teens , especially younger ones... I dont think dealing with it is outside of parents responsibility and capabilities... I mean what would she do if she found her her childreen do drugs? Or are bullies? Or become delinquents? I frequently see this mindset that " theres nothing we can do " and it saddens me deeply.

Tiktok moment. I do not know whats worse whenever such content is allowed ( though thats just a lighter example , I once saw a post trying to justify cheating ,naturally with hundreds of thousands of likes) or that someone actually gets their opinions from tiktok.

" deserve more slack " what simple view of history. Its but a sign of how much progress was made in past decades. People today forget that many of our patents and grandparents starved or were close to it.sometimes living in near autarky due to distance to cities. Often ilierate or with basic education let alone knowlege about ideoliges , egalitarianism ect . I myself come from first generation of my family that has chance for higher education. Soo if they think abuse should be celebrated do they consider abusers , assholes , or open sexists .... Allies ? How the hell does one arrive at the conclusion that they should feel solidarity with abuser rather than the victim because abuser has same genitalia as you.
/r/EverydayMisandry13/07/25 05:13 AM
22

Theres a point when it comes to extremist ,sexist , conspiracist ect views where fanatism begins. when you get closer to that point it becomes harder and harder to escape such views , and when you pass that point its impossible , I think viewing whole demographic as the enemy is good example of such fanatism , because when everyone is an enemy , then all of them are evil ,and if all of them are evil Theres nothing you cant justify.

The single biggest problem with these kinds of comments is refusing to talk to people, instead entombing whole demogralhics in some ball you can set ablaze , you can genuinly and peacefully talk to people , and if they dont listen then thats on them in that case . People from all political ,religious or any sides are individuals with indivudal views ,they might share one or two traits but everything else might be completly diffrent, but what is most common ,is people seeing one such person ,and …

I honestly doubt something like that can be passed , considering it would waste years of live from current students , make current workers lose their job not to mention it being very discriminatory , and also costly , increased surveillance seems much less risky in that regard. Edit: your politicians represent the voters?

Does this ... " Agenda" have any actual chance of being pushes trough? Theres plenty of weird, sexist , extremist politicians or celebrities, real problems start when people start listening to them.

"even" theres no such thing as even ,there are only people who want egalitarian society ,and those who dont. Those who are againt crimes , and those who arent. No need to divide by gender in it.

Wait wait wait ,that last comment assumes men are rotten ( by implying they all just think about killing wives and childreen due to said childs gender) , then based on that tries to make it a gotcha moment , because then they assume that men assume that women think like men in that assumption. ... What? Its hypocritical

Just how do people arrive at the conclusion that other humas have diffrent range of emotions or that they are straight up just less of a person? Not to mention havsing such biased morality around it , It doenst even seem to come from bioessentialist mindset of genderroles , rather that when you say something against one gender then its a problem, but OK for the other.

I think after falling deeper down the rabbit hole confirmation bias enforces such hatred. But indeed it is weird to corellate bad experiences with someones gender ,unless such sexist mindset was planted in them beforehand , and just waited for fertile enough ground to fruit.

"Im very attractive" BRUH ,commenting oneselfs personal appearence like that in the very first sentence is crazy. But the message of the whole post seems to be just trying to find validation in how shity NYC men are , because she didnt find someone open for long term relationship .

Adressing first point, I think that the man and bear debate was a ragebait , as Women seen it trough perspective ( of valid) fears of meeting a stranger in woods , and worst possible outcomes from such encounter. Where as men seen it often as dehumanizing , due to being compared to wild and giant animal , wich in turn created a dyhotomy of views and that by extension contributed to later traction between both " sides" wich contributed to the debate massive popularity. Putting it on tik tok , whe…

Such comments are but a reminder that being a member of marginalized group doesnt mean one cant try to marginalize other groups. Especially this case , shaming people for their sexuality in space for people of diffrent sexualities by people who themselfs might have been shamed for their sexuality is just Wild.

I think people like this barely discovered that a lot of abuse or hate can ,and often times is reaction to something , childreen of abusing parents are more likely to abuse their own for example. However what doesnt seem to be understood is the fact that while there can be explanation to the abuse someone is inflicting,it doesnt justify it ... Ever. And such people should be shamed because of harm they cause . And if the comments are from the same person , then they contradict themselfs by sayin…

I never toucher Helluva to be honest ,I might try it later on( even if only for the dub) ,but when it comes to Hazbin I think potrayal of "good"( Theyre all damned souls after all) characters is quite Lacking ( Especially Angel since all of his problems are presented as coming from Val wich while partially true completly ignores his own learned behaviors), as there arent any presented solutions for their problems presented , with redemption focusing soley on not being an asshole or heaven not be…

What a vile of thinking ,if someone calls out an actuall problem ,even if small one ,then their concern is valid, and they shouldnt be mocked for having such concerns or trying to work on them or bring attention to them, and comparing their problems to those of another group yeilds no possitive outcome, as empathy for someones else issues is not resource one can run out of, and we do not need to fight for who gets it . I do partially atleast, belive that such sympathy for clearly negative actions let alone excusing them, comes often from trying to morally "defend" something they themselfs did in the past ,and want to not feel guilty about .
