Considering health, hygiene, looks, etc. I don't think that there is sufficient reason to make it illegal to circumcise your child and is therefore a parent's choice. If evidence suggests they should not circumcise then many parents won't. Within this rationale there is no room for female circumcision. There is most certainly a difference between male and female circumcision and you know it.
