I know eye contact is super important and I'm making a conscious effort to do it more, but when people are talking to me, I feel like I'm staring back at them. It just kinda feels awkward. I've tried the whole "look at one eye, then the other, then at her nose" and the staring at her eyebrows thing, but they don't help a lot.
