temporary insanity is actually a valuable way that the courts can legally let people get away with things that society deems acceptable. You still can't explain how the TSA would stop a soft-target attack on security lines at a crowded airport. I thought i made it pretty clear already, you can't fly lines of people into skyscrapers.
