All I was saying, however, is that, to achieve the higher beauty standards like those pictured in the OP photo, both genders have to work equally as hard. Women have to put in a ton of work just to look skinny and well-shaped, not muscular. Men and women have different structures- it just so happens that women store more fat than men and men build more muscle than women.
