If you ever get admitted into a hospital (and you’re not unconscious or altered) ensure they address this. It’s literally part of my admission assessment. If your nurse doesn’t ask and fills it out for you, it’s false documentation.

Do you work a type of OB floor at the hospital? That’s maybe the only place I can think of.

And you probably have a stronger OHP than most people at the gym, at least mine. I don't go to a powerlifting or oly lifting gym; just a simple globo-gym. I'd say the most common OHP on a barbell I see is between 95-115 lb. Dunno, maybe you got strong people. I just feel like most people don't focus on building OHP strength so it gets neglected.

On overhead press? I’ve probably seen maybe less than 10 people at my gym ever push 135

Depends where you work. I know some floor nurses who make around 170k a year. Granted it's with seniority and working up the pay scale, but that's not even with a masters or doctorate in nursing.

Hey I'm not here bashing you here, I was just explaining where people were coming from. If you're happy with how you look, that is what matters. Like I said, there are heaps of people who are strong at your weight; it's just that at your height, you could probably stand to eat a little more. Given your age, you have TONS of time to fill out that frame of yours, if that's something you want to do. If not, and you feel like you look good and are strong, do you! No need to be depressed about any of…

Hey I don’t doubt you may be strong. Just look at the 63kg classes of powerlifters and their numbers don’t lie. You can be hella strong at lower weights. I’m 5’8’’ and at your weight I’d be literally at negative body fat given my lean body mass. I think that’s where some people are getting hung up on the “muscular” part.

You may look muscular but you don't have that much muscle on you at that height and weight.

I only know two vegans, and neither of them push their values on me. One openly admits he misses meat, but for ethical reasons he finds it hard to eat with a clear conscience. I can respect that because I don't agree with all the ethics at play and I still eat a fuck ton of meat.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
