| 1 | Should your man know your cycle?There are more stages to a woman's cycle than the part where we bleed, and each stage contributes a different surge of hormones/ accompanying mood changes and physical symptoms. I can see it being useful for a man to realize that maybe his partner is tired, sore, irritable etc. and to understand why. Once the bleeding starts most of the other, less visible, symptoms have passed.
