I have no information brother, just want you to know there are people out here supporting you. Keep your head up, do the best you can with what you have. Healing is slow and painful. Hang in there. Time and tears, brother, time and tears.

Lastly; Teach them grace and integrity by treating their mama with complete respect. Because being a gentleman says something about YOU, not her.

Presence. Warmth. Complete Honesty with them. -(age appropriate) Talk to them. -be curious. Ask questions. -let them talk. And vent. Be the person they can ALWAYS trust. Keep showing up. Keep choosing them. Take care of yourself. -physically. -mentally. -emotionally. -therapy. Let go of what you cannot change. -leave it to God. Or whatever works for you. Handle the SHIT out of the things you CAN change. You got this brother. One day at a time. One step at a time. Love you.

You don’t know me brother, but the timing of your post was exactly what I needed this evening. Thank you.

I’m sorry… She needs to grow the fuck up, bro. Splitting up is hard for everyone, you and me too. We all need to cope the best we can. She’s failing to contain her shit and letting it spill on you. Stay cool and mature. When kids get older, they’ll remember who was honorable about and who wasn’t.

Consider showing her this post. Make it real. Maybe she can see the light and adjust her behavior…

Give yourself time to actually grieve her loss. Like she’s dead and gone, let her go.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
