I do masturbate a lot and I would love to admit that this is the cause of my ED, but I'm not sure. You said that you can get hard when you masturbate. I'm not. Whether I'm masturbating or having sex makes no difference. I'm only half hard, sometimes I go soft randomly. The funny thing is that this is the main cause of me masturbating, I simply don't meet girls because I don't want the disappointment. Anyway, do you think my problem is can be solved with just some self control like yours?
