And what do you think a holographic will is? Because a handwritten will that is signed is a holographic will. In California, can be written on any type of paper and does not need any witnesses. Yes, this would be a holographic will.

You literally said “it’s not legally binding to hand write a legal note on a scrap of paper with no with no legal team present.” Thats what a holographic will is. So yes, your statement cannot be true and that fact at the same time
