5	I don’t want to be “red-pilled”, but I’ve seen too much and am kinda low-key traumatized (please help me) What sort of hobbies have you had? For how long? Did you enjoy them? The internet alone is so VAST that even if you spend a lot of time online, there's always something new to learn or try. Unfortunately if you've spent time in red/black pill spaces, your algorithm is gonna keep trying to force feed you that toxic shit. I can't highlight enough how important it is for you to click with your therapist. Ofc it matters about the effort you put in and no therapy is a magic bullet, but for example with me, I had a couple really unhelpful ones before I ended up with my current one.
