They don't care. Don't waste your time trying to help men be better, they literally don't want to be. I did that with my ex. I wanted closure and "talked to him" after we broke up to let him know how he hurt me and how I advise him not to do that to other women because it's disgusting and completely unfair. You know what he said? What do you care. Lmao. The only way to circumvent this is for more women to have access to FDS and to stop taking men's bullshit.

I am so skeptical about men because I literally have never met even ONE guy who I would classify as "high value" given the standards we adhere to in this sub. They literally never fail to show their true colors and disappoint. Good riddance! Look out for you and your health. You are the number one person in your life, you're your own soulmate and best friend.

I can relate to this so much. I miss my ex sometimes but then I snap back to reality so quick reminding myself of all the bullshit I went through with him! Much healthier to be single and not deal with these men.

Also, I only use this account to post to FDS, you never know with these fuckers... Someone can very easily figure out where you're from, or worse, who you are!! Stay safe ladies 💖

I'm so sorry for your loss! I was wondering, are you referring to Mark Manson's "Fuck Yes" article? Also, just in general, was wondering what is this sub's opinion on him.

There are so many things to consider. What race, ethnicity, age, gender is the child going to be? Do the biological parents want to be involved in the child's life? Do you tell the child he/she has been adopted? How would they react, would that create self-esteem issues, unhealthy attachments, would the child act out, become depressed or anxious? What about the child's genetics? Are there diseases in the child's biological family history that you may or may not be aware of? On the other hand the…

Yeah, it's impossible to trust another person, especially a male, to be dependable in raising a child or in anything else. I have also considered adoption but I am not in the place financially to do something like that yet. Not to mention the risks and complications that come with it...

I'd rather be single with no kids than be exploited and be expected by my partner or society to sacrifice myself completely for the sake of a kid.

The last guy I dated was talking about psychology all the time, oversharing his past, telling me how he's working on himself in therapy, sharing Esther Perel podcasts and YouTube videos on attachment theory and other bullcrap. I'm sorry but you can read, listen and go to therapy all you want- if you don't apply what you've learned to yourself and try to grow from it and you only learn it to throw buzzwords at women and blame everyone else for your misfortunes... You're the asshole 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey, I'm 25 too and just signed up as well, and I can totally relate to "being too old" for some things. I try to have an unbothered attitude about it and do what I want and what makes me feel good. If someone gives me the side eye that's their problem, not mine.

I've had so much trauma in my life as a child and as an adolescent that I'm still not ok. In every relationship I've had, I've been abused, exploited and manipulated. It's time to break the cycle. This year I'm not dating. I'm going to therapy, I'm reading books, I'm working on my physical and mental health and I'm moving past the trauma. I'm grateful to have you ladies.

Honestly, after seeing shit like this online and being abused myself I can't imagine I will ever trust a man enough to have his baby.

Hey girl, right there with you! I've struggled with similar issues and I can understand how hard it is. I also recently moved all by myself to a new state so I can relate to feelings of loneliness. You are your own best friend and your own soulmate! But you are definitely not alone 💜

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
