Investigated more, certainly. But rape is so often a he-said, she-said situation. She says he raped her. He says he didn't. There's not enough evidence, so the case is dropped. But there also will never be enough evidence to say that he didn't rape her, except in rare cases where she admits to lying. Realistically though, a dropped case doesn't automatically mean perjury by a long shot.

How do you know who falsely accuses, unless they admit it? Charges dropped doesn't mean no rape occurred, it just means there wasn't enough evidence to prove it either way.

How is it telling her to settle? We don't even know if she goes for alpha types, all we know is that her dad wants her to get married and be a traditional wife. She obviously has other priorities, and there are lifestyles out there that would allow her to fulfill her own priorities. Her dad's type of life he desires for her isn't the only way to live.
