Rather, I pointed out that this is a meaningful legal question and that some lines need to be defined as to what level of deception, and the intent involved, is acceptable. That being said, there is a difference between "Puffery" (what businesses do when they say that their Pizza is the Best, even though it is probably not) and lying (our Pizza Sauce is made from Unicorn Blood!). I don't pretend to have all the answers. You have chosen two things that at least "feel" towards the least-deceitful things. Ie: if you tell a woman you are a multi-millionaire, or that you aren't married, etc. you are falsely presenting yourself.
