There was no mention of who the other man was (not that it matters. It doesn't), no mention of of the child being home at the time or with someone else like a grandparent, no mention of the child being hurt, neglected, abused, or being aware in any way shape or form about anything. In the United States, family courts across board are more focused on the well being of the child more than anything else. The best outcome, in the view of the court, is for the child to functionally see both parents and have love and support from both sides. That's the ideal goal.
