Yeah, she was 7 months pregnant at the time and about a foot shorter than him. No judgement either way here, but it sounds very possible that this was a toxic relationship that was maybe mutually abusive, and after he went for her in an argument she pushed him off of her and he fell out the window. This doesnt sound like a planned out murder.

What this guy did is sociopathic levels of cruel. She knew her parents, she could guess what the punishment would be. I dont care how strict your parents are, getting grounded cannot possibly compare to becoming the social disgrace of your high school. Siblings fight, siblings rat each other out to parents. Thats all normal and thats all stuff that usually gets forgotten when you become adults. This? This is unrecoverable.

Ratting out a sibling to your parents is massively different than completely ruining their social life. This is like getting into a prank war with your friend and he puts skittles in your m&ms, so you set their house on fire. If my sister got me grounded for 3 months, Id be really fucking pissed for a while but I would eventually get over it. If they pulled anything even close to what this guy did? Theres no chance of recovering that relationship.

Yeah, new people that dont include her brother. He just absolutely ruined their relationship over getting grounded for 3 months.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
