I'm not saying it doesn't happen, I'm asking if its the rule or the exception. In my experience, its the exception. The rule is the expectations you have for people early in your relationship echo for as long as you know each other.

What I saw was that there were guys who were sleeping with several different women (and the women sleeping with several different people) and for brief periods of time, dated exclusively. Is that what you're talking about? Once I know I don't have to be your bf to sleep with you, I don't date you. I don't have any friends who think differently.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/16 09:57 PM

That's interesting. I've only had this arrangement with women I didn't want to date.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/16 03:10 PM

Do you really think that's good advice?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/16 07:19 AM

I do think the sexes, generally, have such different priorities and assumptions, that without a highly ritualized process you'll get a lot of unhappy people. Feminism destroyed that process, hence, we have the red pill.

And frankly, thats not what she's saying.

I'm asking you why that is absolutely true.

This isn't even an argument.

I say the definition is racist, logically it follows that people who use it are racist. Premise is unfounded Conclusion does not follow. These are just two assertions made in succession.

That's a dodge.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/16 04:03 PM

Can you elaborate on that? I think you're setting up a standard no one can live by. People require social interaction. That's not needy. That's being human. If those interactions are consistently negative, its going to a hard life for that person.

This is not a redefinition. This idea has been around for decades. I'm not saying I agree but you're doing the same thing the Blue pill does: I don't like what you're saying so instead of addressing your argument, I'm going to demonize you. I don't really see a difference between her and you. You're just different sides of the same outrage machice coin. As a side note, this new trend towards people calling themselves "Classical Liberals" is amusing. This is an idea that is hundreds of years old …

TBPs point is always that there are more ways to achieve success than becoming the stereotypical Chad Setting aside the fact that that might not be true, if being a Chad is the easiest path, why not take it? TBP doesn't really seem to wrestle with this issue besides saying its mean. I've been unclear, TBP needs to be more clear about the morality of this discussion.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/16 05:39 PM
1

Two premises come to mind: That there are certain means that would attract most heterosexual women. The morality of discussing and disseminating that information (And then any conclusions you can derive from those premises)
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/16 05:13 PM
0

How would you know that until late in the relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/16 05:00 AM
5

I think you need fewer first world problems more real world ones. I mean that. TRP is not lynching people. It is publishing a hit list. I think TRP does have disturbing content but I also think TBP avoids addressing a lot their ideas by exaggerating that content.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/16 05:59 PM
5

I'm not excusing that but that's a long way from coontown. You're minimizing actual hate groups by calling TRP one.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/16 04:15 PM
5

I don't think that makes them a hate group. I don't agree but it's over the top to say it's like coontown, which celebrated violence and attacks on minorities.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/16 03:28 PM
2

It would somehow require you to do stuff. Simply talking about it won't help you. Failure can be a good thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/16 03:07 PM
1

TBP has to do the same...
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/16 02:46 PM
0

I don't get why TRP cares about this kind of thing. Its political or cultural issue. What does it have to do with attraction?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/16 02:45 PM
11

While they hold beliefs that are not inclusive, they never call for violence or removal of the groups you mentioned. Hate groups call for and advocate for particular actions. TRP doesn't do that.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/16 01:31 PM

I think this is meant to convey that the girl has control over the guy. If the girl understands that, she has a way to understand her experience. Why she is having this problem. What does she learn? Being attractive affects the way people treat you. Like anything thing else with kids, it needs to be framed right.

Stop projecting your failure on to others.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/16 03:02 AM

First thing, chillax. You are not retard. Society has put too many expectations on you. Second, what has your experience been? Do people respond? Can you keep a conversation going?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/16 12:17 AM
7

Its not complicated. Its really simple. Humans have been doing for a long time. The problem is the feminism and the TRP and the TBP and all these people with viewpoints on stuff completely unrelated to the reality that boys like girls and girls like boys.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/16 12:13 AM

Do you make exceptions for someone that has tried everything they can, but their partner denies them any and all physical intimacy? I think if you are breaking the trust of your SO, you're cheating. You signed up to be with someone. You made a promise. They changed but you signed up for that too. There are extreme situations, but you signed up for that too. If you are willing to bear the consequences, have at it. What I hate is people who want consequence free choices.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/16 10:21 PM

The best predictor of future behavior, is prior behavior. 'Once a cheater, always a cheater' isn't a law of nature but it does accurately reflect a certain likelihood.

Whether you didn't understand or don't now, you could just offer your perspective. Of all the subs related to this one, RPW is by far the most thought provoking. If you feel you can add your perspective, you could do that.

which is an unerasonable standard to have in today's society What about people who simply disagree with that. Are you really saying that I am insecure if I don't share your values? N count alone because it means very little. Again, this is your view and you're expecting others to live by your own values. Which is completely fine, but shouldn't you acknowledge this is just your own value system and others should not be expected to feel same?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/16 06:29 PM

I'm saying I want to dump my SO because they slept with too many people, but I want to do it in a way that satisfies the blue pill's sense of how to treat people.

are you saying TBP would expect you to? No Also, I don't really see what's here to discuss by way of what you've presented. I answered this already.

What do you mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/16 05:49 PM

Lets say we're been dating for 18 months. I found out from their friend at a party who wasn't trying to be mean, they just had too much drink and started talking too much. We never discussed n-counts because we had really good chemistry and just enjoyed each other's company.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/16 05:11 PM

I did actually. It upset you. Next time, be less emotional.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/16 11:34 PM

I did answer you're question. You are the proof. You're need to argue that this is how you are demonstrates an inherent contradiction in your self image. I didn't attack you. I explained reality to you.

You're still here? You're still trying to make this argument. Why aren't you stoic enough to not care what I think? You're full of shit. This is what I'm talking about. You're all the proof I need. The whiny pleading tone of your posts, your need to keep replying. If you were actually what you said you were you'd be doing something else.

"the hopes of commitment" is not something I've heard of. My understanding is that they ride the CC for a few years but when their looks start to fade, they get married. I don't see how that's offensive or wrong. Of course it doesn't apply to everyone. We're talking about people it applies to.

Guys who get laid a lot do not do much approaching. They can approach but that is time consuming. Women largely approach them or at least put out a lot to these guys, the guy just goes along with it. That's one of the things PUA and redpill I think are wrong about, and I'm surprised a self professed Blue piller would peddle this idea also. Getting better at your approach will not help you get laid everyday. What you need are women are ready the moment you are. He doesn't take thousands of reject…

Here's my assumption about you're average Redpiller: they're not getting any affection from women anyway. Whether the redpill existed or not, they'd still be lonely, angry people. But the redpill explains their suffering, and how to escape it. The reasons that the redpill appeals to them is because it gives them an answer: "You're a loser, you don't have what women want, but there are answers." The last part of that clause is what makes the redpill dangerous.

I'm asking a different question, which is, do men become attractive to women, solely based on ability to sleep with other women. Do you think this dynamic works if we switch the genders?

I guess I'm saying, from the response I've read, marriage (I assume marriage as its traditionally defined: two people in a life long monogamous relationship) seems to be the most consistent fault line. I was always raised with the to think that a great deal of "manhood" was defined by checking the "husband" and "father" boxes. So yes, I guess I am asking "Why does TRP as a sub have an overwhelming 'anti-LTR/marriage' message"? Or put another way, why is it a priority for RPW?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/16 10:36 PM

I really appreciate the effort you put into answering my question. As a follow-up: a lot of other people have brought up marriage as a key institution the various subs disagree on the most. My question for you is, what is it about marriage that causes this divergence?

Now the most interesting part: Even if women feel compeled to cheat on their spouses with a more macho dude (or not... given that the effects are small to inexistent) this is largely moderated by relationship quality. In other words, it is reported that the better your relationship is the more your girlfriend is attracted to you, even during the most fertile phase of the month, in which case they are EVEN MORE attracted to you and not the "tall squared jaw hulk" My question is, does this assume …
