/r/WGTOW isn't the death sentence that some posters would have you believe it is. I know several women who never married and are doing well in life. No kids or husband, but with satisfying relationships in other ares of their lives. One women in particular comes to mind. She is one of the happiest 60 year olds I know.

Two things: 1 - Refuse to accept it. You're not hitting a wall, you're just ramping up to a better you. Use these negative feelings to motivate positive changes. You have all the opportunity to improve plus the benefits of what you've learned through these years. Knowledge is gold. 2 - Make yourself better. Today you go for a jog and when you get home, you treat yourself to a healthy snack. It feels good to treat yourself good. Trust it now. You'll know it's true soon enough.

Real sorry for your wife's affliction. If you crave an RP lifestyle, do it away from her. Have family help her while you leave and go fully caveman on something else. She is already mentioning suicide, don't stress her further.
