But if you're the stay at home parent, with luck and a good lawyer you might be the beneficiary of alimony if she divorces you. A prenup might not be in your interest in that case. So it's OK for men to get alimony, but not women? He shouldn't sign a prenup just in case they divorce, because he'll want money if they do? Imagine her saying that to him.
