So sometimes, my brain directly correlates working out, social skills, ect as a process to get more women rather than just to improve myself, which honestly isn't even false. I'm not "leveling up" because I'm mad at the world or women or something like that, I'm leveling up to respect myself more and be more respected by others. For me, I am still interested in being more masculine so I like channels aimed at men, but channels aimed at helping men made by women like Country Ryan are actually really good as well. When I talk about F&F, I'm taking about the other section of their channel that gets way less views, which is the workout and self improvement with myron gains section.
