| 9 | How much time would a man get for doing this?First they would attempt to settle out of court. They'd most likely offer less than he'd want, but enough that any sane lawyer would recommend taking it. If he refused to take it, they would drag out the case using bullshit to ensure it's more expensive for him than he gets when all is said and done and potentially invalidate the case along the way through legal bullshit.
