Sounds like you need to go browse r/MGTOW. It's not as bad as people make it out to be. It might open up your eyes a little bit.

I've been getting quite a few InstaThots trying to DM me lately. I don't even reply, just block them right away.

My biggest motivation to keep going to the gym is that I look at my parents and a lot of other older people 65+ and see a lot of them being overweight, getting winded doing almost nothing and have a hard time getting around in general. I REFUSE to be like that when I am that age. I was on that path but I finally started getting serious about my health when I was 40 and feel so much better now. I feel guilty now if I don't go to the gym or at least do some bodyweight stuff at home.

It's not that I don't have interest in sex, just not with her. I've never cheated and don't plan on it. I mostly don't want to be in a relationship, period. My intentions were to stay until the kids graduated ~4 more years. But I don't think I can or should wait that long now.

I've actually been withholding sex from my wife and she isn't liking it. I just have no interest in it, of course if you seen her you would know why. I was an idiot and got with the one that I wanted back in high school that all the guys wanted. I ended up being the guy she would settle with after the CC. Now I'm stuck with her for now. She has said many times that she wouldn't have dated me back then. I'm finally seeing that I was the safe guy that would support her. But not for much longer. It…

There is a new site started called Ruqqus.com It looks like a good replacement for Reddit and there is already a MGTOW community. And it doesn't require an email to sign up.

I've been doing this. I got a good one where she was going off on our son about threatening to hit his sister where she said "I've pushed your dad to the edge and he has never hit me or layed a hand on me." and then she was pretty much threatening to beat the shit out of him if he hits his sister. I've had to step between my wife and daughter before to keep my wife from going after her. I'm still trying to get my shit figured out so that I can get out of there, with the kids.

This looks a lot like it's from a site called DareBee.com even though it says neilrey.com at the bottom. But DareBee.com has a ton of one page workouts and challenges similar to this. I suggest you check it out for some at home workouts.

That's what I was going to say.

Things have actually gotten a little better. I don't let her manipulate me anymore and don't put up with her bullshit. We both have been going to counselling separately. I've been speaking up more about things that I don't like or don't want to do that I used to just go along with just to make her happy. She has kind of been kissing my ass since then. I still think that I am too far past wanting to stay even though things seem to be a little better. I'm really not sure what I am going to do in t…

I intend on telling her that she needs to leave in the coming weeks. I just need to get my ducks in a row first. I feel like I'm too far past even wanting to try and make things work.

A couple weeks ago, my BIL got his lawn mower stuck to the axle in mud in his front yard and couldn't figure out how he was going to get it out. I walked over and picked up the ass end and moved it over to solid ground and he was able to drive it right out. He would have never been able to do that. Lifting makes life so much easier.

That's where I have been for the last several years. I was planning on waiting until the kids graduate but I don't think I can last that long. Working on getting my shit together to get out finally.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
