5	Assertions about Misogyny should be substantiated in this subreddit (not wild claims about 1% or less of posts). Being for Men's Rights is NOT misogyny. First of all, the second example is as ridiculous as the first. It doesn't make the first one correct or better. It makes them both wrong. Secondly, being a woman didn't cause her to be manipulative. Being a vicious person did. By implying that being female causes those problems, you're implying that all women will, eventually, be vicious and manipulative. 2	We've got to change the dialogue if we want to gain traction as a movement. The problem is that feminism has different definitions according to different people. Many scholarly programs and moderates define feminism as having an interest and fighting for the rights of women to have the same choices and opportunities as men. Radicals (the name of the branch that a lot of you dislike) can go so far sometimes as to say that heterosexual sex is an expression of male hatred of women. Yeah, see, "that was bitchy/stupid/wrong" is...fair and productive if wrongdoing is occurring. It often is. "Come to think of it. Nothing at all could possibly surprise when it comes to women and deception. It defines their whole gender. Just look at their obsession with fashion and make up and shit. The draft is something I have an ethical opposition to for both genders, but if we have one, both genders should be up for conscription. Women should also serve in combat units. And if you do believe in equality and fairness, and the word "feminist" has negative connotations to a lot of people here, why not self-identify as an equalist or an egalitarian? I do identify as an egalitarian, but that has a different meaning than feminism does. Feminism is an area of study focused on issues relating to and revolving around women. All I have to go on here is the way I see the men here speak to women when they're not agreeing with them, or about them when they're not posting comments. Both of these, from what I've seen, are discouraging. Some programs are, while others are already focused on male gender role/legal issues and how they damage the men constrained by them. While I understand how you could come by this view if you have not been exposed to multiple gender studies programs, I do wish that you'd entertain the possibility for expansion in this area.
