4	How do I become a high-quality woman when I have so much emotional baggage? I’d further recommend finding a trauma-aware or trauma-based therapist. Finding a CBT therapist with this additional qualification made a world of difference for me. I’d also recommend The Body Keeps The Score by Bessel A. Van Der Kolk.
