Plus any kind of food that stimulates the nervous system is bad that has caffeine - coffee, tea, drugs, onions ,garlic ( stop eating garlic it's really fuck with you system, it's good as a medical procedure but every consumption starts making you feel dull and in state of epathy)

Agree totally I would add just to see what type of food does what to your body Don't eat anything for 2 days just live on water let your body flush out the waste and snap you out of the reality that this food has made you gone through.
