HR professional here: I don’t know what state you work in but You’re part of the protected class so it’s not easy for them to just fire you. Ask for specific documented examples. If it’s just one example it’s your word against theirs. Document your side of the story for HR wether they ask for it or not. Get a coworker to put in a good word for you to Hr.
