Foreign girls are usually more traditional and few expect they will have to pay if you ask them out, especially if you're in a country where dollars go a long way. Also, in many of these countries, if they work they could only make 300-500 dollars a month. Suck it up, don't take her to expensive places (in many foreign countries you can have a great dinner for 2 for like $20) and pay without making a big deal out of it.
