4	On the topic of lying... As for the 'how's it goin part'. I would disagree a bit. Personally when I ask someone that question I try to be genuinely interested in the response. The response- I guess some people 'lie' but most people aren't willing to tell a coworker/acquaintance the true details of their inner conscience. 2	How do I approach this? I wish you luck on your journey. One simple thing I would recommend is to start a journal if you don't have one already.
