Were I a judge, I would have ruled that sexual assault did take place in the parking lot, as her remarks for him to look the other way constitute deliberate non-consent to sexual activity at that time. There was one "if this is true" and one "I have some doubts about the veracity", but they all completely agreed that what she did was both wrong and unforgivable. The person who expressed "doubts" also provided a ton of information about the tactics and nature of such rapists, leading me to interpret his response more as "this is inconsistent with what I've seen in the past" as opposed to "dude, you lyin'."
