1	Workout help for gains on machines I have memberships for PF and LA Fitness. Yes a gym like LA has twice as many machine as PF does and more dumbells but if your going for gainz ... as long as you eat like a freak and know what your doing with dumbells and ez/straight bars you can gain at PF. 1	How can I make up for the fact that I cannot gain weight due to chronic illnesses? Its not unregulated its just that they give steroids (testosterone, TRT) to guys above 30 and dont like toprescribe them to young guys that have healthy T levels. But they work. About your steroids giving you dead dick, this does happen if you,for lack of a better word, abuse steroids and take in so much artificial testosterone that your body decides it doesnt need to produce any more T naturally.
