12	Found a very good "eye fucking" article. Eye contact is good. Staring people out is not. I live in the UK and if you were to go around staring people down you'd probably get called a few names to say the least. Making eye contact and smiling is friendly, you could even say hello, good morning or whatever. This article is literally telling you to look into someone's eyes without smiling or breaking contact until they respond.
