3	The Ultimate Monk Mode Diet I get this same ignorant bullshit from my family. It's infuriating. If you want to live a high-level existence - eat like this guy suggests. Have a fucking kale leaf some time. Eat real, whole foods. This shit will kick you out of ZOMBIE MODE and keep you WOKE.
