Don't get me wrong, maintaining a strict diet and lifting weights is essential, but really you could approach without lifting, albeit at a significantly lower success rate.

Khmee his hair is weird, khmee he's a tryhard autistic faggot, khmee I'd rather mentally masturbate to field reports that make me feel good about myself than approach girls. Fuck that shit. The truth of the matter is, Sasha actually approaches and gets the girls. Do you?

That's one way to look at it, but I'd disagree with you seeing as I'm living alone here with a tight budget. But yes, homesick is a good summary of what I'm having.

Well, no, not really. What you're saying is that women only get attracted to and/or stay in relationships with a provider and they maintain that relationship until they derive no further benefit from it. Although Briffault's law is correct, it does not mean that all men fall into the provider category. Women want an alpha male to bear children with, and a beta male to provide for her and her children. If we were to assume that all women want are beta male providers, then why does the cocky, yet …

He will not be able to find the type of fulfilling relationship you've described until he has been with enough women to understand the different types of women. And only then may he find a LTR candidate, if he wishes it so but I'm afraid that after gaining experience on the true female nature, he'll be appaled by it.

I'm glad you were able to withstand all the shit life threw at you and despite of it, kept going onwards. You've listed the necessary steps to find a strong male social circle which will help you find a good friend or two, the type of friends you can trust. I'm not going to tell you it's going to take a turn for the better, but if you put work into whatever it is you're doing, after experiencing success, you'll get a sense of achievement and purpose. One more thing that gets recommended on here …

Don't beat yourself up about it, the past is in the past. Nothing good will come of it. Instead focus on your goals.

If you have a question, refer to asktrp. You still look like you haven't internalized the red pill concepts. Do you really need an authority figure on the internet to tell you what to do, how to behave before a date? Why would she even kiss you if you lack the basic knowledge of how to treat a girl. You have to learn to think for yourself, read the sidebar and you'll understand what you need to do. I don't want to be an asshole to you, but you clearly haven't even bothered to read the necessary …

Great story, I really found it hitting close to home. Preselection really does make it way easier to game women. I've found myself getting way more attention from girls when I'm accompanied by pretty girls rather than when I'm with my guy friends. This I guess, is an instinct for women, because no woman wants something that other women don't find attractive. One girl told me that she dislikes guys who are always hanging out with other girls because they come off as being 'players'. However, they…

So what if they do think that? Are you lifting, reading books, working on improving yourself every day? If so, then why would you give a fuck what someone else thinks of you? Adopt the DGAF mentality and you'd do well to ignore the average frustrated chump. They're living with a scarcity mentality, and you have to understand that in order to avoid it. Remember, in social situations you're there to be confident and have fun, not to pray on women. That attitude comes off as needy and people notice…

This hurt to read. To be painfully honest with ya, your views are still blue pilled to a very high degree. You seek validation from your LTR instead of chasing your own goal in life and her being ever so lucky just being around you and your fun life. You've been in your LTR for a year and have sadly regressed to your old beta behaviours due to lack of personal goal in life and putting your woman first. You failed her shit test and to make it even worse, you kept asking her what you did wrong los…

I think it was "Three ways to consciously manipulate women before they manipulate you". If you filter the posts by top rated from all time, you'll find similar posts that are extremely helpful. Also, heathcliff posted some similar stuff so give it a read. I don't know how to link it directly, still new to Reddit.

I really like the "when she's out of sight, she's out of mind" mentality. What projects do you spend your time on? I've been looking for a new hobby or activities to pick up. Been thinking of bouldering.

I couldn't agree more with this post. Just recently, I nexted a plate because I had sunk in her internal hierarchy. To be honest, she's an Alpha Widow, I just hadn't noticed it at first. I'll write down all the mistakes I've made and how to avoid them for guys that may have found themselves in similar situations. Didn't have abundance mentality She kept nagging me whether I had any other girls on the side, at first I ignored it or simply agreed and amplified, but as time went by I found myself c…

Going to uni too, and being the first year myself, most of the girls here are specifically looking for older men, ages 23-24. It came as a bit of a shock to me at first, but I guess they want a more experienced guy now that they've matured enough.
