That link is substantially older than mine. If there were similar effects to porn addiction as with eg gambling, we would see that. With current evidence, it’s just a symptom of other illnesses such as depression. Downvote all you want, it doesn’t change the facts. EDIT: Prause says people who struggle with their pornography viewing almost always have an underlying disorder — most commonly depression — that requires treatment. I’ll take the word of this scientist over some rando on the internet.…

Porn addiction is not a true "addiction" according to the American Psychological Association. https://www.insider.com/guides/health/mental-health/porn-addiction

Porn addiction isn't a real thing, and watching porn has little to do with TRP

Huh? Good person karma points like that don’t get you dates. It just doesn’t work that way.

This has nothing to do with being attractive and getting interest from women.

Well, that's your opinion, mine is that we just live in a shitty world where doing the bare minimum will make people think you're some kind of god or something regardless of gender is one of the most delusional things I've read in a while

I think you're making sweeping claims about society, not talking about your own experience. There you go lmao

Ask bisexual men, they know whats attractive in a man as well as how it’s like to navigate dating women as a man

Yes, obviously. I'd say the divide is more one of two separate cultures. Given how separated men's and women's social circles are, it's easy to feel like women are akin to a different nationality. Like the citizens of a neughboring country, you superficially know what they do and like, but can't really relate to if you don't have close personal connections. This kind of isolation isn't necessarily dehumanizing, but does make it more difficult to be and especially act emphatetic towards the other…

Women have been property in a plethora of cultures across history. It’s morally fucked up, but also hardly surprising to see thinking like that even in modern societies.

I hate what the red-pill community and online misogyny has done to my family. As you acknowledge, your brothers seem to have been doing very much not okay for ages, way before all this happened. No wonder they fall for stupid shit like the red pill. At this point, there's little you can do besides trying to live your life without them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
