People need to understand the time value of money to understand how powerful making and saving cash in their 20s and 30s is.

Could you elaborate more? I do house flips and apartment complex investing. Do you like to use equity partners or just stick to deals you can finance yourself?

The weird trip is likely for people with preexisiting mental issues. I have done acid countless times and know how much control I have over myself. The only thing I would be concerned about is bears. I didn’t worry about it. I saw a live elk 20 yards away on acid. Was concerned for a moment that it was something else. But whatever. High risk. High Reward!

I saw the highway the birds use to travel in the sky. And smells of the mountain was so refreshing. It rained and made it even better.

I recommend you get a vehicle as soon as you got in and start driving to North towards Estes Park. Then if you want to spend the night in a great place, go to Grand Lake. Rent a log cabin at Columbine Cabins for 140 bucks and have a great time in the small town. Explore nature, hike, raft, kayak. It’s a magical place. This is the place me and my boys did our acid. We were in and out of the log cabin as it had resources for us to refresh over the 10 hours.

Nope. 6 figures debt + 3 years lost income. Determine if you will secure a job that will justify this time and money investment. Only if you got to T14 Or Daddy has a law firm/connections. Edit: I personally pivoted to study Commercial Real Estate. My parents friends are rich doctors who’s funds I intend to leverage into cash flowing properties. To this end, I would only consider studying Law to further benefit my ability to structure funds or reduce risk in real estate deals.

Eh. Nothing a little adrenochrome can’t fix. 🙃

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
