| 0 | New Justice department guidelines on gender bias in law enforcement apparently mandate assuming women are victims, men perpetrators.Describing two situations is not a mandate. Even the article linked doesn't use that word. It's inaccurate and does not belong in this post. | /r/MensRights | 30/01/16 11:32 PM |
| -7 | New Justice department guidelines on gender bias in law enforcement apparently mandate assuming women are victims, men perpetrators. It's true the guidelines were written poorly but having read the article OPs title is grossly exaggerated to the point that it's just a straight line. | 3 | Rape cultureThe problem with you argument as I see it is that you are trying to ascribe a word to a situation to which it does not fit. You claim >bullshitting drunk women to trick them into having sex... [is] still rape Rape is not "tricking" someone into having sex; rape is forcing someone to have sex. These are very different actions, akin to the difference between someone tricking you out of your money, and someone mugging you. These are two distinct actions, you can debate whether they are moral, you c… | /r/MensRights | 06/05/12 10:53 PM |
