Doesn't this presume a lot about a person? For instance, I'm a sensitive, very emotional dude. I have a lot of traits traditionally thought of as feminine. You could interview me and not know this about me, and assume I'm just a stereotypical manly man. Likewise, my wife is super assertive and has a more stereotypically masculine demeanor. Hiring her over me because she is a woman would not lead to the intended results. It seems like your entire premise operates on stereotypes.

If this makes you uneasy, never watch The Bridge. Don't even Google it. That documentary straight fucked me up.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
